★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came a few times for dinner take out, always has a queue around 6PM, but it was reasonable wait times. Food is constantly good and fresh, but the serving it depends on the person who serve you, sometimes they generous with the amount, but sometimes it less than usual. Other than that everything is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I must admit - my wife has converted me from a die-hard burrito lover to a bowl aficionado. Only after I scarfed down my bowl did I remember to take a photo. Picture evidence how delicious Chipotle's food is!
What I truly admire about Chipotle's approach to fast-casual Mexican dining is the simplicity of ingredients juxtaposed with the combination of flavours. In todays society where these times are so unprecedented, It's refreshing to happen upon a place that serves hibiscus lemonade. Sweet Serendipity!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were there around 7 on a Tuesday night - lots of staff behind the counter, yet almost every sitting area was dirty, refuse bins were overflowing, floors were dirty. Not impressed. I'd do takeout as the food was good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chipotle is straight up one of the best foods I have ever had. As someone who has consistently eating 5+ burritos a week, this is the best burrito I have ever had by far. Seems expensive but they give you so much food that it is so worth it and although I have a pretty big appetite I can never finish it. Also their flavoured lemonade was 10/10.
Note, at 5:30 on a Thursday this place was packed, like line out the door packed, but so worth the wait.

I’ve been picking up from this Chipotle for over a year now, and I just need to take the time to express my deepest appreciation for the staff, as well as the virtually flawless order pickup procedures. I noticed off to the side there’s a designated order assembly table for mobile/delivery orders solely. With the world going digital I can only imagine how much this alleviates stress on the front table not to mention making delivery drivers wait times significantly less than others. Other chains should take note: the order pickup procedures here are hands down unprecedented, and the best I’ve seen thus far. Thank you, and well done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bought the salad around noon today, and when I almost finished, there is a big already dried dead bug on the lettuce. It’s really ruined my day. Have stomach the whole day and got serious diarrhea. This means the store didn’t change there food for daily fresh. Super super super disappointed and never come back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What friendly staff. I got the chicken burrito bowl and it was huge. This location is clearly doing a great job at picking there staff. They were efficient and kind. Recently that's not a combination that is prevalent in the fast food community. Bravo Chipotle oakville. Maybe pedi n nails next door should learn from your establishment.
