★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a laptop online and when it arrived it didn't work properly, so I went to return it in store. I was told that I could not return a defective laptop that I had had for less than 24 hours and could only have store credit. The woman at the counter was very rude and insisted that the item was not eligible for refund even though that goes against Best Buy's expressly stated return policy. I'll avoid this location in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with this location, a couple days ago was exceptional. I had an issue with my laptop screen as my daughter cracked it and it wasn't working too well after. I came in quite frustrated and got to see two technicians, who did all they could to make sure I left satisfied. They did exactly that. I still can't believe how much they went out of their way to assist me with my issues, when things became very difficult for me. Huge thank you to MOE & NAEEM! Thank you gentlemen so much, for being so accommodating and patient with my troubled arrival, you two made my experience very smooth!:)

I've purchased a harmony play and go bed online. I received it missing 2 small accessories. After being transferred for 7 times to chat with an agent, I've been told to visit a store and they will help me with the missing accessories, although the product is only sold online and not available in store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a TV from this location and the customer service experience was from low to 0 level ?.
- Employee who sold me the TV and in the middle of the purchase process, left me halfway without saying a word and waited more than 15 mins to get another employee to assist us. I the TV there to have its screen calibrated and I was told that I can pick it up in between 24-48 hours.
- After two days, and 7 minutes before the stores closes at night, Someone in the store called me to pick up the TV and said that I am not gonna make it to their store since they are closing in 7 minutes, which was very disrespectful to my time and expectation of the promised date of pick up.
- After going through this bad experience, i raised a complaint through the telephone centre and was told that the store manager will contact me the following day and no one contacted me until now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our favorite Best Buy location! Knowledgeable, friendly staff, great product selection, and competitive pricing. We are recently retired and made some major purchases on May 24th, 2022. Best Buy Staff Member Rachel assisted us with our purchase of a Laptop, accessories, and a Best Buy Membership. Rachel is a "product aware", delightful, friendly, sensitive staff member who is patient with all customers including seniors one of whom has mobility issues. We're very pleased with our purchase and Rachel's excellent customer service. Also, very friendly staff as we entered and exited the store!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this Best Buy to purchase a gaming product that I could not locate on the shelves. In addition, I had some questions regarding the different versions of the product. The advisor named Ryan went above and beyond to address all of my questions and then helped me and my son locate the product - we got the last one ! Thank you Best Buy for the exceptional service during what I know is a very busy time (Holiday Season). Very Much appreciated.
