In 5 decades of home ownership and appliance shopping this has been my worst experience ever. DO NOT make the mistake of buying from Appliance Canada. They do not value their customers and customer service is non existent, especially the minute after you've committed to the purchase. The worst part of my experience was their 3rd party delivery service who are simply TERRIBLE. And even though I complained after my first terrible attempted delivery, nothing really changed on the second. And even though I complained overall in writing to Appliance Canada Customer Service they simply wouldn't respond . I regret spending a heap of money with a business such as this . Save yourself the frustration and go anywhere else but Appliance Canada. I REALLY MEAN IT!!

I would stay away from purchasing from this location as the customer service is less than 1 star. As customers we can understand the frustration with the delays from the manufacturers due to covid issues however the lack of communication is completely unacceptable! I have purchased from other Appliance Canada locations and the service was much better my mistake was coming to Mississauga. After numerous visits to the store, calls and emails I still can’t get an update not even from the branch manager it’s pretty pathetic and speaks volumes on the service expectations. Buyer beware!!

We had a wonderful experience whilst shopping for our appliances. Special mention for Huzeifa Bhagat - who was very friendly and helpful to us in selecting the appliances as per our budget and requirements. Prices quoted were competitive too. All in all awesome experience! Would definitely recommend friends and family to buy their appliances from here!

Mit was our sales person and he was fantastic! Our order was large and we needed many appliances. Mit worked so hard to ensure we received all of our products in a timely fashion which given the pandemic delays was really remarkable. We had to wait on one appliance but Mit checked in with regularity to keep us updated. He was very knowledgeable, professional and regularly took calls on his days off. Now that’s service! I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else for appliances than Appliance Canada due to the service and pricing we received. Even the delivery process was painless! Mit was recommended to us and I definitely will recommend him to others.

Thanks to all the people for sharing their experiences dealing with this shop. I end up deciding not to buy from them based on those comments! I also found that buyers have 48 hours only to check if the appliance is working fine, if it broke after that, then you have to deal with the manufacturer, this is their store policy. I prefer to buy from BestBuy, Home Depot, or any other big store instead.

We worked with Bhagat and he is very knowledgeable and make our appliance purchase experience better. He provided us update on a regular base even during pandemic time where lots of back order issues. I would recommend Mississauga location and Bhagat anytime for all your appliance needs.

We were lucky enough to meet Mit Patel who has given us exceptional service. We have purchased a dryer, fridge and stove through him and he has been most helpful and accommodating, found good deals and installers for us. He answers our calls very promptly even on his days off. I would not hesitate to recommend him to family and friends.

Worst experience we’ve had with a large purchase. Go anywhere else but here for your appliances. The salespeople are rude and unhelpful. You can spend thousands of dollars here and they still don’t care. We were told to make a trip to pay for an appliance when we got there they told us they couldn’t log into the system and that our appliance wasn’t there. Meanwhile, they have been able to do this before and should not have told us to drive there and pay. Waste of time and disrespectful to our time as a customer, especially with an infant and young child it’s hard to just make a trip for a payment. I understand supply chain issues and we have been waiting since last July 2021 patiently. All this company needs to do is be honest and train your staff to be kind and less rude. I’ve had to be proactive at contacting them, never have I received a call back even when I was told I would. Go anywhere else unless you want bad service. If I could give zero stars I would.
