★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent experience here. I was impressed with Sean in the lumber yard as he was very helpful and patient. There is something procedurally wrong when I'm notified that my order is ready for pickup, only to go the location and they have to still go and pick the order from the lumber yard. To be honest, I don't expect any less from Rona.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TRUE STORY! PLEASE READ! This is a late post, cause I needed to post the picks to prove it. Went to Home Depot, and baught a sink/cabinet combo, and couldn't install it because of the pipe size difference for the sink.. After 3 days they basically told me they can't help me.. No lie. I was afraid Rona would be to expensive, because of the quality they sell.. Anyway,, long store short. I bit the bullet, and hit them up, after 10min with the the guy in the plumbing section, and the manager who happened to be walking by, I was don't in 15min.. 3 DAYS I WASTED AT HOME DEPOT.. Thank you Rona!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband went to this location this afternoon, and he was looked after like a KING. He is a licensed Carpenter and has been for over 50 years. He wants the MANAGER to know that this particular location is the BEST he has encountered in years. The Staff was really helpful, friendly and they were honestly there asking him if he needed help. He didn’t have to go looking for the staff, they were right there, asking him. CONGRATULATIONS, it is really nice to know that there are still stores that have GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, keep up the good work. You are a TRUE CANADIAN COMPANY, and it shows, polite and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had not visited the Rona store on Speers Road for a number of years, but stopped by on May 9, 2022, looking for a sectional patio set for our backyard. I am so glad that we did. Rona had exactly what we were looking for: a great quality set at a very fair price. Tony, Matt, and Eva were all amazing, and went out of their way to ensure that we got the delivery booked at a time that worked, and also made sure that we scheduled someone for the on-site assembly at our home. The personal service was wonderful, and attention to detail was greatly appreciated.
We subsequently stopped by the store again two days later, and observed Store Manager Curtis Davies as he hosted a staff meeting right there in the middle of the store. Curtis was so positive, upbeat, and encouraging in his comments to the staff.
Leadership starts at the top, and Curtis certainly sets a great example for all staff. It's no wonder that the staff at the Rona on Speers Road all seem happy, motivated, and ready to help the customers. Tony was once again very helpful as we purchased a wheelbarrow and a fireplace for the backyard. After having not been to Rona in years, I am now a convert and a dedicated customer going forward. Well done!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location. I always love the new sign they post up. I appreciate the fact that they have many workers who are actually available to help you as opposed to going down and searching for one that is available. Also I noticed they are very clean, Both the washrooms and the main floor was currently being cleaned so it’s a nice refreshing change for a hardware store.
