★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible... Absolutely no urgency. Took our money and waffled on our custody agreement for 6 months. Doesn't return phone calls or e-mails. I would strongly recommend you look elsewhere for legal advice/proceedings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr. Sheremeta was not professional and not trustworthy. Most of the complaints in the other comments look familiar. Finally had to let him go after noticing he was trying to delay and make the case more complicated, plus, seeing his regulatory history from the Law Society of Ontario web site. Don't recommend this lawyer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had Andrew as my lawyer for various real estate deals as well as handling a divorce/custody case about a decade ago. I am glad I found him because he is an incredibly honest and competent lawyer. There are many bad lawyers in Ontario, Andrew is one of the good ones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He is an amazing lawyer until he takes the money. We closed a house with him June this year, the process went smooth but we still have not receive our document 4 months later!!! He has not answer calls or return messages. Stay away if you want the full package.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible lawyer. I took my grandmother to him to create and revise her will. He was never polite or nice even to her, despite making a lot of money from her. He would not return calls or messages, and when asked about it had no response. When we did see him he made it seem as if it was a huge inconvenience and would rush us out the door as soon as we came. The few times we were 10 minutes early he would make a rude comment about it. Needless to say, we've found a much better lawyer elsewhere.
EDIT: For a fact, it is you I am speaking about. A financial advisor from CIBC recommended you to her. Maybe you don't recognize my name since I said it was my grandmother I brought in to see you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This person wrote the will of my late father. He failed to do several key duties and it led to litigation that caused significant monetary and financial damage to multiple people. If that wasn’t enough he decided to act as defending council in the ongoing litigation, which our lawyer correctly pointed out was very inappropriate, and we had to waste time and money getting him thrown off the case.
By the way Andrew, I see the 5 star review you gave yourself. You’re not fooling anyone.
