★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had (continue to have) a horrible experience in dealing with Daniel. Our first meeting was friendly and we went ahead with applying for a provisional patent application. We are now at over 5 YEARS into the process and after numerous emails, phone calls, missed deadlines and empty promises, i have had no choice but to give up using his services. I will never use him again and would not recommend him to anyone looking to file a patent application.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A trademark lawyer or agent should communicate the processes involved to prevent that trademark from going abandoned. I only know this now due to the competency and professionalism of my current agent versus my experience with Daniel. Daniel's exact words when I told him I had to seek a new agent "I don't blame you and I understand." My current agent has kept in touch with me whenever I request it, almost weekly. With Daniel it took dozens of phone calls and months to get a hold of him. I have lost thousands of dollars, time and energy to a trademark that should have been registered. Instead someone else took it because mine that was once registered later became abandoned. My current agent who has successfully filed over 5200 applications told me in her words "I was in shock" when she realized I wasn't given proper communication and detail to ensure my trademark would remain registered. Don't make the same mistake. I have all correspondence between myself and Daniel I'd be happy share for anyone that needs it to be sure you make an informed choice.
