When I was emailing lawyers for quotes in the summer, Shannon was the only lawyer to reach out personally to provide a detailed quote and also a package of buying/selling to do’s, which impressed me right off the bat.
Shannon and Andreia were fantastic from start to finish on my transactions I would not hesitate to use them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be careful with this law firm. They are the lawyers for Adi Developments for the Natique Condos who are not returning the down payments of customers of their cancelled project. This law firm is supporting the unethical activities of Adi by holding customer down payments and also in some instances collecting down payments from two customers for the same unit. Peggy does not return phone calls. This demonstrates unethical activities of theirs law firm as well. Shady lawyers for shady developers. Shame on you’jj for supporting customers like Adi in their unethical practices.
