★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completely incompetent lawyers. disclosed information from other clients files to us and refused to let us speak when we tried to warn them it was the wrong file.
When we went to sign paperwork we were told to just show up. we did and we were told to come back when we had an appointment. we did and were then told we were wasting there time making an appointment when we just needed to walk in.
Also gave awful advice to the executor of a families estate and as a result the estate has been mishandled for the last 4 years.

I can’t think of too many businesses in the service sector that can ignore a potential client and still thrive. I guess OMH is in that unique category. In my case I was a satisfied client from a few years ago who wanted to be a repeat client. I contacted them over a week ago and no response or acknowledgement to my email and follow up calls. I did manage to get through only to be told I would get a call back. No call back. Disappointing but I get it, I’m not a lucrative client. That said, I think I’m entitled to some professional courtesy even if it was to simply tell me “we’re not interested in the business”. Have now found another firm to help us with our home sale, new home purchase and the updating of our wills and POAs.

A friend of mine who was living out of state during the pandemic, loved one became a ward of the state.
I volunteered to assist in finding legal representation for the family.
Robert and I, must have chatted for over an hour on the phone.
When we were talking, I was grilling him asking him all different questions and scenarios.
Robert left a lasting impression on me, as he was simply down to earth and truly a compassionate family man.
He wasn't like your typical lawyer, who is to the point and fact based only!!!
Robert took the time to tell me about himself and his firm/ experience.
I reviewed my conversation with my friend, I advised them to give Robert a call to see what their opinion was.
When you're dealing with out of state courts, it's challenging and very upsetting, especially for your loved ones regarding Ward of the State Cases. Robert was chosen to go up against the State of Pennsylvania and be the family's advocate!!!
If you're looking for someone to truly go the extra mile for you and your family.

It turned out perfectly the family is reunited doing well and happy to be together .
