★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just called to connect with Heather at this location . The lady took the call at at approx 11:30 AM today . Asked my first and last name name at least 3 times , repeated my contact no at least 4 times , still she keep asking to repeat . What is the problem ? Canadian accent and Math numbers doesn't satisfy? Canadian Muslim names are not understandable ? ?Seems so arrogant and rude to people ! Not a polite attitude !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible receptionist that tried to dissuade me from engaging with them by telling me they couldn't help. When I clarified the issue at hand she then deflected saying "I'm only a receptionist", which begs the question why she tried to dissuade me if she doesn't know what she was talking about.
