★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I went in looking for an electric stove. We were approached by a very friendly sales person named Muhammad he was very good at explaining all the benefits and features of the product we were looking for.
Needless to say we were very satisfied with his service that we bought the stove.
He was so nice that even though it was a Saturday and he didn't have any one there to help load the stove onto our truck, he took it upon himself to do it!!
Talk about going the extra mile!!!
Thanks Maple Appliance for people like Muhammad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EDIT: the statements from the company below are inaccurate. 2 hours in the store, I would have seen that dent. I have already confirmed there is no footage on the truck during pick up and delivery. The pictures speak for themselves. I do not feel comfortable being in the store as a young woman, so I will NEVER go back and I will warn anyone I can. This review is MY account and I have every right to tell others of my terrible experience.
I had high hopes based on reviews, but my recent experience was terrible. My fridge showed up with a massive dent down the back, the repair on my washing machine that was supposed to be completed before delivery wasn't and my dryer did not even turn on. The delivery team cracked the bottom plate of my fridge (yes that's him sitting on top of my new fridge), missed 2 screws and did not re install the door handles properly which is an additional service I paid for. I was lied to by one of the staff regarding the dent in the fridge (he told me it was placed there by the manufacturer to 're enforce ' the back plate and then later his boss referred to it consistently as 'damage'). Also, if you are a female, be sure to bring a male with you so you don't get taken advantage of. 1 star for the fact that the appliances look nice in my space, but the anxiety of this process was not worth it.
