We were not told that it had been refurbished on one side to cover a stain until we received the product and noticed the coating on the leather was cracking. The salesman also promised that we would receive the sofa in a clean condition, however it was sent to us with a number of stains on it. The store did not do much to help us out - all they did was provide a basic leather cleaning product and said to clean it ourselves with an apology. Furthermore, they were unresponsive when we asked them to follow up on the warranty surrounding the refurbishment treatment. The salesman told us that it was a floor model and purchased as-is and that we already received a good price on it, so there was nothing they would do. We were disappointed overall. On a positive note, the sales staff is friendly and pleasant to deal with but they wont do much for you once you have purchased the product.

They quality and finish of my bed was class apart. Sunny helped me find the right stain without rushing and trying to make the sale. They gave me a lot of customization options from stain to the hardware. I recommend this store to anyone who wants quality furniture at great prices.
