Best Art supply store in Canada

L	Liliana Catalfo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I opened up a package of 10 pieces of arches paper order this past May through the height of Covid to be sure I didn’t run out. 10 pieces were ordered and charged. In the sealed package were only 4 pieces of paper. Very very disappointed . I will never order from Deserres again. So much for trying to support a local Canadian company . I will be requesting a refund. This paper is also NOT bright white ! .

Regardless my 3 star rating is due to the female who rather than helping was assuming that we were not able to make our own canvases. Also she was not aware of bulk promotions. She also ended up being the one who was helping us at the cash register and said my account didn't exist assumed again it's because I've not been there in awhile. I told her that's not possible since I always order online and clearly showed her my online account. After few more tries she finally "found me" on her system ?. CS people, there's nothing like good Customer Service.
