This was my first time coming into Bath Depot and I have to say it was an amazing experience! I had no idea what I wanted to do for my bathroom reno and the Manager Mellisa Paul was such an amazing help! She helped me with the overall design of my bathroom, along with picking out some really great pieces. I was able to select some great fixtures and the look of the bathroom overall is luxurious! Great help from Mellisa and Bath Depot! Will definitely be coming back for other purchases!

The salesman was very nice unfortunately didn’t fulfill our requirements for the bathroom. I tried to rectify this several times on the phone with staff and the assistant manager and even went to the store. I left a message for the manager to call to help. They had no intention of rectifying the situation and really didn’t care. The manager still hasn’t called me. These guys need a lesson on customer service especially after the sale. They won’t get my next bathroom sale and they won’t ever get a referral from me. When I asked why the manager hasn’t called I was told he was busy returning other phone calls. I would never treat my customers in this way. Even my contractor, who buys product from them regularly, couldn’t get anywhere. The entire staff all need an attitude adjustment on how to politely and professionally treat customers. And of course when I replied to the email sent from the owner I got no response. Guess the leadership leads from the top at this company. See email response below

Terrible experience. We ordered a $2000 double sink vanity and premium taps. After our contractor had ripped apart our bathroom and picked up the new products at Bath Depot it was found that EVERYTHING we ordered was wrong. The manager works bankers hours and could not be reached and even when he returned he claimed that he would have to get approval from Montreal to do anything. Faced with being without our washroom for three (3) weeks we went ahead and installed the vanity and taps that we DID NOT ORDER. After pressuring Bath Depot the suits in Montreal passed along a $200 credit which is an insult. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau on the way we treated.How these people stay in business is amazing. They admitted it was their fault and then offered very little to put things right!

Provided me with misinformation on online order returns. Once I brought my shower which I ordered online to this store for a refund, the staff told me that I have to contact the online customer service beforehand, and the local store's system is not able to process the refund. Later I contacted their cooperate, they said the local store shouldn't reject receiving the return, and the cooperate cannot start the refund process before local store confirming they have received the item. The cooperate rep also mentioned to show our email transaction to the local store if they reject again. In order to avoid more complexity, I went to another Bath Depot and returned the shower without any issues and questions. Everything was processed in their store's system. Thus, clearly, Bath Depot Oakville (Hyde Park) lied me to.

People were nice, product is terrible. For $500 retail the shower head I bought is really cheap plastic. Rainhead cover hangs down covering water holes, stainless steel exposed screws (not what is shown in the picture of the product online), cheap plastic covers on vertical bar can't be fit to maintain a straight vertical line. Warranty is 1yr for everything except for a manufacturing defect on a cartridge. Will follow up with the store but the product was installed by a contractor/plumber while I was at work (who after the process indicated the product is garbage) so it's a little hard to simply box it up and return/exchange it now. Should have known better with the lack of product reviews, 7 day return window and 30% restocking fee.

Excellent service! I emailed Customer Service for a knocking sound from recently installed shower panels. A few days later, I received a phone call from Nabeel telling me that a replacement part was ready for pickup. The Store Manager has very good product knowledge and experiences. Thank you for your awesome services after sales.

The owner was very dismissive and unprofessional concerning the return of a product. The good folks at Bath Depot Brampton (Jess and Greg) were very accommodating and professional. Take the time and make the drive to Brampton!

Very spacious place, it was very quiet and the temp was pretty cold in the store. Wandered around a bit before being asked if we needed anything. We were here for the shower wall panels but here were none here on display as there was in the Heartland Bath Depot. No samples of the panels either. No other patrons in the store either so it didn't have a warm feeling unfortunately. There's plenty of parking in this plaza and the store front hides a bigger store inside.
