★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No issues with this particular location and associated staff, but the first and last time I try Panera.
Kid sized portions at high prices.
Vegetarian menu options are laughable.
A lot of waste with our food.
Single serve bowls, plastic lids, individually packaged cutlery, butter cups, even a bag for croutons. No recycling bin available.

On Mothers Day they had a sign saying “cash only” . Considering their machines are down, they refused to accept a $100 dollar bill. Anything apparently higher than $50 not accepted and thats understandable but if your machine is down then make an exception.
The fact on Mothers Day they refused was rude and just shows poor customer service on Panera.

Ordered soup in bread bowl, soup was cold. The bread was stale.
Many restaurants have indoor dining open. Why is this still closed?
The current employees know that they won't have to face complaints because it's only takeout. As a result, they've become lazy and incompetent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was so excited to finally find a panera bread as we are from out of the area. We looked online and the store said they’re open til 8pm so we drove 15 minutes out of our way in rush hour to get to the store. When we arrived at 5:10pm to find they close at 5pm on Mondays and Wednesday. So incredibly disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always a fan of Panera Bread. The locations in Canada definitely are not the same as those in the States though. Unfortunately for me, they will have to do until I can go to the States. I wish they served food on actual plates and bowls with real cutlery, instead of using all throw away things. Also, I found the portion sizes to be quite small.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in today at 7:50pm, as soon as I walked in the girl in the braids behind the register didn’t even Acknowledge me. I said hello like a normal human and the girl was so rude and was mute the whole time. Like where’s the customer service in this place. There lucky to be open after COVID. They ended up messing up the order of course when we went back the same girl told us to come in “tomorrow” like excuse me?!? The management really needs to train there employees correctly. So disappointed in this place, go to the other location unless you want to treated horribly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a great weekly experience. Order online within seconds (based on reorder) and ready for pickup in 10min.
As soon as I show up, I can walk in, find my name on the pickup shelf, and I'm out the door.
I always take my lunch to go, but I noticed they are still not open in inside dining. Patio is always packed. Notice a lot of people just standing around waiting for a table.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't rate the food as I couldn't try it. I ordered a Mediterranean sandwich this afternoon and asked for it to be made without feta as I'm intolerant to dairy. I got back to work and opened my sandwich only to find that there was feta inside. I couldn't go back to return the sandwich as I didn't have the time. While the sandwich looks good..I couldn't eat it and that was really disappointing ?
