★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You're getting zero approval from me since you decided it was okay to start sending your advertisements to me via cell phone. What makes you think that's okay?? Horrible business. Will never purchase from you, and will let others know what you've done.
As for your response below, you play dirty - hiding small-print "agreements" in your terms and conditions does not place a halo on your heads - it makes you douchy and untrustworthy.
I wouldn't go near your business if paid - you can't just do whatever you please, and think you've covered your behinds with small print.
I do believe that, after reading other customer reviews, you are not to be trusted and potential customers should stay far away from youl.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Full of hassles when you return an item in this store. They would collect all your details like name, address, phone and email to process the refund even if you present the original receipt. They don't even ask your permission to collect these and no assurance that your personal identification information are treated securely. When questioned, the response was it is required for credit card refund, but I didn't use credit card for this purchase!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a joke. The store wouldn’t honour the price match policy for the mattress (the same brand and same model as sold in comparable store)because the competitors are offering too low.
The clerk Kelly is nice and trying to help. But her manager Diana is not ,despite we have shown the proof the other store offers lower price.
Wondering how the store stay in business when you have such manager that turns customer away.
I am very disappointed at Linen Chest. If you can not honour your price matching policy then take it off from your website otherwise you are doing false advertisement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time officially visiting this store and had a wonderful experience with the staff here. Juliette helped with a special order of two recliners. She was pleasant and thorough and was quick to ask for help, so not to delay things. The manager Diana was readily available to answer questions on delivery. Looking forward to my first purchase definitely won't be the last!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a nice/refined selection of products ranging from boutique to name brand. The quality of the linens is decent. Store is kept well and clean. The reason for my poor review however is the staff. They were pesky and over eager for their commission. They were not that knowledgable on the products and over hovered, even though we advised them we would seek them for assistance as needed. I was really dissapointed with my past few visits. I used to shop here many years ago and this location is just not the same. I have been discouraged from going to this location and would prefer to buy online now and perhaps even another location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service was non-existent, cart/basket return has a weird placement - cashier asked me to drop the basket back by the entrance while she scanned the items. Customers with mobility concerns may find it hard.
Go easy on the sale stickers, especially on metal items - you will need goo gone and elbow grease to remove them.
