Me use your washroom. Never again will we go there. Kids were upset and crying for leaving the store,But there is other stores we can shop at. Shame on you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Party City at this 3050 Vega Blvd yesterday and was sorely disappointed.
Several disappointments included:
- the store was depressing (dim lighting, non festive atmosphere)
- low supply and quality of Christmas wrapping paper. What was left was pathetic.
- low supply and quality of decent bows. What was left was ridiculous.
- unhelpful staff directing me to places to look for things that didn't exist then saying "oh I guess we're all out"
- Not wanting to leave empty-handed, I bought 2 shiny picked over green rolls of wrapping paper and a very large Christmas gift bag. The sales girl tried to put them into tiny plastic bags to give me so that they could fall out on the the snow outside. I asked for a bigger bag and she said "oh we're all out" without a care in the world.
The verdict: I hate this ugly looking place and won't be back. Also, don't go here unless you want to be depressed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know why I've never thought of PARTY city when planning a PARTY lol, but I never have! I went in yesterday, and there is SOOO much stuff! From cowboys to mine craft to pretty in pink to all things wedding. the staff was super friendly and helpful and wonderful to deal with! I will definitely be using party city more frequently!
