They also have live chat option which was so helpful when having a question in the middle of placing my order. Then I forgot to add something to my order and reached out through live chat and within 10 minutes it was rectified and added to my order and shipped. I received my balloons the very next day! I am so amazed with the paramount level of service, the cost of the balloons, and the low shipping cost! Will order from them again soon. Will not help you over the phone. You wait for someone to answer only to be told you have to create a ticket online. I’ve ordered from this company mutuo me times over the years but I will not order from them again.

While I have been regularly pleased with the orders that I have placed (sometimes even pleasantly surprised at the speed they have shipped) over the past several years, I appreciate the extenuating circumstances that we are all contending with right now. Despite that, you responded quickly to my emails to clarify my request and you still were able to send out my adjusted order expeditiously. A	As on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome company with fantastic customer service in the wholesale balloon and ribbons industry as well as some decor items. Their new location is not completely accurate on Google maps if you follow Google maps and you're headed east on general make a right and then go about three driveways and you will see a sign that says bargain balloons on the left go all the way through the semi truck parking lot and repair center and they're tucked away hidden in the back. But if you get a bad mylar they're very cool with credit or replacement and they're really good with next day pick up in a covid-friendly atmosphere.
P	PRINCY PRISSY on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love Bargin Balloons! They have great prices and things are ready quickly. I have always experienced good customer service in person and by phone. The downside is that they no longer allow instore shopping. It's kind of hard to get the true sense on balloon colours online. My suggestion is to have live photo galleries. Recently they moved and it's a bit confusing to find the location. They are located at the very back in the yard in the 1325 shipping and receiving. Drive all the way to the back and it will be on your left hand side. Take a look at some of my photos to help direct you.
