Best Party store in Canada

C	Coach Leo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of party products. Balloons, hats, plates and so on. Prices are competitive. Worth a visit if your planning a party. Store is a bit unorganized but if you take time to look through what they have chances are you will find what your looking for.

I went in to get a foil balloon refilled and the two women cashiers at the front refused but finally said they would ask the manager. Turns out, the man I've always encountered there is the manager/owner. He flat out said no and told me to wait when I asked why he coudn't fill it. He then proceeded to help the customer behind me. When he finally finished, I asked why he couldn't refill my foil balloon again and he said, "Whatever the reason, the answer is no." When I told him he was being quite rude and said I would take my business elsewhere, he responded, "Yes, please go somewhere else. Have a good day." I would rather drive 15 minutes away from this location to go somewhere else then deal with this store again.
M	Maggie Price on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store has more of a dollar store vibe, and some of the items are VERY overpriced. You can find the same stuff at a dollar store for less. The customer service is also quite poor. They do have a wide selection of balloons, and a decent selection of items. This would he an absolute last resort for me in the future.

I have never found the owner/manager particularly friendly but the last time I was in I found him to be rude. It's not what he said, it was how he spoke to me. He would not look at me when I asked a question and he seemed annoyed just by me being there. I tried to be friendly and polite, but he just turned away and barely answered me. I left the store feeling very angry. I know it might not sound that bad, but it was his whole demeaner. I won't be going back. He doesn't deserve the business!

I went there to inflate balloons, it was snowing and asked if he had some bag to cover the balloons and he charged me $1.13 for a bag without telling me first. When I noticed on the receipt, I asked him and he laughed very sarcastic and told me "what, there is nothing free on this life...do you want it or not"..... will never come back to this store.

Seems like a great price to me. The gentleman prepping my order noticed the foil balloon actually started deflating, so he pointed it out and immediately replaced it - the replacement did the same and he ensured we chose another option right away. I really appreciated that he noticed this/ensured I ended up with a good product, I didn’t really even notice the issue myself. Friendly and quick service. Thanks!
