I can't speak for overall service, but a guy named James in this location was very helpful and you can feel he really thinks for you. if possible, try to speak to him.

My mother noticed one of her tires had low pressure, she stopped by Canadian Tire Service after work, due to convenience of location, and asked if her tire pressure could be topped up and they wanted to schedule an appointment for this. Schedule an appointment to check tire pressure on a SINGLE tire in the winter. Terrible service, what a joke.

A kind fellow driver pointed out my flat tire, so I immediately turned into the nearby parking lot which was where the Canadian Tire just happened to be. The store manager, Sherry, noticed me on her way out and asked if I was okay and needed any help. I declined, but she came back and asked again to let her team change my spare tire for me. I accepted. There was also another gentleman with her who gave me tips on how to change my spare tire if I ever needed, too. For my safety, Sherry also warned me about how my spare tire is a different size, and that I needed to take it slow and avoid going fast or far. It was unnecessary for her to offer a helping hand and I am grateful she did a second time. Within a few minutes, I was on my way back home. Her crew is super friendly, too. I can see they're a happy team.

Would not return a beard trimmer after three months and they break constantly, said had to return to manufacturers but the time and money wasted to return to manufacturer makes it a complete loss.

Chronically overpriced. I had a faulty starter and was quoted $150 for diagnostics, $200 for the starter and $200 for labor. I told them the mechanic right behind them already quoted me $300 for the whole thing but was told they don't price match. My biggest peeve with this pricing structure is the $250 in labor when I know diagnostics takes a few minutes and installing new starter is an hour worth of work. I also know most of the mechanics are new grads from auto programs and get paid little over minimum wage. So why the exorbitant labor costs ? For context Mercedes benz labour is at $75/ hour so why does Canadian Tire charge more? I ended up calling CAA and towing my car to my trusted mechanic who redid the wiring on my starter and charged me $40.
