Great ice cream, lots of flavours and a reward card. For some reason the ice cream melts extra fast. Faster than other brands. ???

Great ice cream flavors available. Store is usually empty so its fast and easy, no line up's at all. We usually just sit outside and eat on the curb in the summer as there's no seating inside. Superkid is a favourite.

The store has an amazing selection of cards. they are more expensive than what you might find in the dollar store but there really is something for almost every occasion and selection so that you can actually get something you need and will reflect your sentiments. The Laura Secord I have mixed feelings about I should have looked the quality of chocolate is so poor compared to the 90s that it's not really worth purchasing and I haven't bothered to tasty ice cream in a long time. Really you get better quality chocolate in the chocolate bar then you do from Laura Secord these days. There are a whole bunch of " gift/ decorator" items. sometimes you're cute but mostly they're the kind of thing that you're going to sell at the garage sale anyway so don't bother.

I went to buy the card and this woman was extremely rude gave me the most dirty looks. I understand that it's trying time but it's not something I need we are all suffering. This woman with short hair was looking at me as if I was a criminal for wanting to purchase a card for my husband's milestone. She should not be working behind the counter

What a horrible experience. Demanding children apply hand sanitizer who are allergic and people who have already sanitized. When do you start treating humans beings as humans again? I will not return!! I doubt ever. Not sure if it’s normal to ask people with disabilities if they are allowed to enter but not first with a super angry response and very unfriendly service. This will be my last time in the store where cards are becoming obsolete and I still love giving cards. Your store will not be a choice anymore. I used to visit weekly. Not anymore.

This is my go to place for cards, interesting milestone gifts, wrapping and the ever popular Laura Secord Eggs. I especially enjoy the wide variety of singing and dancing animals for every occasion. We have just finished a concert with the Christmas animals and grandchildren dancing and singing which we all enjoyed. The staff has always been helpful and kindly. These are hard times for everyone and the store gets busy. I will be going back soon but am trying online right now.

Decent store with neat presentation and large options of small but cute presents for all occasions . The candy & chocolate giftsets are my favorite. Bought them every Halloweens for kids/friends. The reason I could only give 3 points now is because of the lack of good customer service there. When my kid and I stepping into the store today, the only staff (cashier) just lifted her eyelids a little and gave me a glare with her Poker face , without giving us a simple greeting , such as "Hello" or a smile . During our 15 mins stay ( we were the only customer in the store at that moment), the staff did not bother to check with us if we would like have any kind of help . After we paid for the things and were ready for leaving, there was no "thank you" or" good day " coming out her mouth , either. I believe that minimum customer service training is desperately needed for the store staff.
