★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We normally go their to collect our mail or parcels from CanadaPost counter.both gift store and Canada post's team is very nice and co operative to deal with . We especially have had an excellent customer service experience with Canada post's designated staff/attendant at this location.gift store has slightly over priced items though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I forgot my gift there after I went into that store of Feb 14th. I probably called 50 times no one answers. I visited the store and a ladt wearing a hijab said that she had placed my item behind the counter and we probably looked for over 30 minutes without finding it.
At the end of it she said that she will call me once she contact the other staff that knows about my item that was left behind.
I just do jot understand how my item can get foot suddenly and walk. I will be getting the cops involved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service but sometimes superbusy and long waits for the postal service. Gift store on the front is another story: a hit and miss. Few of the workers are polite and helpful. There is a lady that couldn't care less about customers and the business! Permanently on her cell-in another language- not helping customers at all! Shouldn't be working there.
