★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a PSP from them and they made me buy the charger separately at full price..on Cyber Monday...and that was the owner. To add, they didn't check the psp when they bought it, as the battery was defective.
Also if you trade in when the owner isn't there, they have to call him and wait for a call back, which he's most likely checking ebay and Pricecharting. Other stores have them in a computer so you don't have to wait for a call back from an owner who will give you a trade same % as Gamestop.
There are better game stores in Mississauga to buy from with better customer service and price. No reason to shop here unless they have something the other's don't and even then you'll pay ebay prices.

Super helpful, and much more than I was ever expecting. Pretty solid selection of games and peripherals too, definitely worth checking this place out.
