S	Shadow on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in there to get my watch resize it cost 5$ so I said why not but then they tried to resize it for 20mins and later said that my timex was a fake. I went to a jewelry store in square one and it took 5 mins to get it resize terrible staff.

They are family run, community orientated and have always helped everyone that walks through the door. Seeing these negative reviews are ridiculous... You've been in once and have something to say. We (thousands of ppl) have been in for 10/20/30 years and will never go anywhere else. I tried to get my sentimental religious beads re-stringed, and unfortunately because it was obvious it was a little bit different they didn't bother taking it seriously and it was strung incorrectly. My best friend is gonna restring my sentimental beads if you are wondering why I didn't complain after. Just stick to watch services.

I have also had small watch repairs done here. Each time, the service has been pleasant, professional and quick and the prices have been a fraction of what I would have paid at one of the large jewellery chains. I have never experienced any problems with any of my more expensive watches being scratched or damaged while the battery was being changed. I hope that Meleca is around for a very long time to come.
R	Rosa Dunn [Staff] on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ used SILVER instead of 24K-GOLD to enlarge my rings and they lied about it. As a result the silver part on the band turned black and started to chip away {since silver is a soft metal}. I went in for a refund- they gave me a 100 gift card instead- useless!
D	D Reyaz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clueless workers the old lady and the old man need to hop on the 2022 jewelry phase. How are you a jeweler and have no idea what you are selling ? Don't know about kt or the diamond quality. I asked to see which diamonds are used and they had no clue but only thing they new they want $1995 for the ring. Lol
