M	Mir Ali on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a tandoori chicken pizza which was prominently advertised in their store. The chicken pieces turned out to be tiny pea-sized. The green pepper "side" that came with it was ridiculously thin cut with slices few and far between. As far as overall taste was concerned, it seemed to me that their concept of "tandoori" is simply to add a lot of red chili powder (mirchi) instead of an enhanced tandoori taste. What really upset me though was an outrageously deceptive Halal meat certificate they display at their cash register. They must have fooled many customers who thought they were buying Halal. If you read the certificate carefully, it is for an entirely differently pizza store in Germany and was issued by an unknown certifying agency also in Germany. Buyers beware.

We called to complain about foul taste pizza had, their employees were like - wait for managers call, I can’t make decision myself. Seriously for single pizza. We never received a call from their manager. Had to order pizza from some other place.

B	Boss Google on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first time ordering from @Gino's Pizza. I placed order for their Web Special pizza (Large pizza with 5 toppings and a dipping sauce). I also ordered 12 oz potato wedges and 12 chicken wings. Here is my experience: 1. Potato wedges were fresh and warm when I picked them up, however; they were not crispy. 2. Chicken wings were not as crispy as they should be, the skins were very soft (similar to a rotisserie chicken) and since there was not any seasoning, they smelled like uncooked chicken. We could not eat it, as the smell was very strong, 3. The pizza itself was cooked very well and the dough was good. However; the veggies were sliced paper thin (please see the attached picture) and cut in small pieces that you could not taste them while eating the pizza. The veggies were Mushroom, red onions and Bell pepper. and Also, the chicken was cubed so small, that it did not have any meaning to ask. I called customer service at 310-4466, but for some reason, I could not get through. Overall, I do not think I will be doing business with Gino's pizza again.
