K	Kiran Battu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Placed an order for the plant-based burgers yesterday; received a phone call that buns were not available and was requested to change my order by the Pizza Pizza staff. I explained that there were not too many other vegan options available to me. But after chatting, we agreed that instead of the burgers, the staff would send a medium vegan pizza (with vegan cheese), and a 20 pack of plant-based chicken bites (original order had requested 10 pack of plant-based chicken bites). I specified several times that I am vegan and cannot eat non-vegan items. In my order, I received a 20 pack of chicken wings, 1 medium pizza made with dairy-based cheese (non-vegan cheese) and 1 10 pack of plant-based chicken bites. When I called the Pizza Pizza location to explain and request re-sending of our order, they refused. First Pizza Pizza staff cited that they could not send a new order as they did not have staff available right now, and then they cited that they had sent us the correct order. Both of these explanations were simply not true. I am severely disappointed with the customer service provided to me in this encounter.

I was very happy that the girl at front listen to everything very carefully and take care of my order professionally. I am very happy whenever i go there because at this place you will get exactly what and how you orders you pizza.

Disgusting Edit: emailed the customer service team and the best they could offer was $10 off my next purchase

They also give a free item with your delivery order maybe 90% of the time. Sometimes it's a dip, a can of soda or a small fries. Just something to say thank you for choosing us.

I tried the 3 new chicken sandwiches that they had The Classic I would give a 5/10 Too much sauce and not much actual flavor The creamy garlic was ok, but again they over did the sauce and it made a big mess I would give 6/10 The spicy sirarcha mayo I would give 6.5 Just again, too much sauce, not much in condiments aside from the pickles
