I had a laptop that went to a black screen on startup. He talked me through all the possibilities and did a preliminary diagnosis on the spot. He was very friendly and very helpful. All my questions were answered from start to finish. In the end, it turned out that the laptop was suffering from a host of issues and it was a lot more work than he thought it would be, and he had to send it to his partners who specialize in hardware. He kept me informed along the way and I was absolutely satisfied with the result. The prices were fair and he EVEN fixed a problem with the screen not opening properly and it's like a brand new laptop again. Very painless experience.

The service i received from Techhelp was exceptional. He came highly recommended and exceeded my expectations. He patiently talked me through the various options to fix my laptop and the cause of the issue. He ensured the children were watching a good cartoon while we waited. This was about 6 months ago. Unfortunately I lost his business card but remembered that the store is on Eglington road. Thanks to google, i will be going there to get a computer for my children before they destroy my laptop lols.

People will get the wrong idea after reading some reviews about Lewis but you also gotta understand a human cant be in a good mood or a bad mood forever just remember that. I went yestryest to get my laptop fixed this guy is a professional like seriously he took his time to try to fix my issue. I had to leave so before I left he made me write down my name, phone number and everything so nothing gets lody. So I leave and maybe after 30min I get a call from Lewis that my laptop is fixed. Highly recommend this guy for laptop related issues.

I just sign up with Lewis IPTV streaming service he is providing just to try it out, I own a Mag box 256. my Mag box fail due to overheated I replace it with a new android box. I try using the Mac address of the Mag 256 it didn’t work as Lewis told me would solve it. I contact Lewis requesting help I felt he is not reliable or knowledgeable of Tech , only to take your money. Even after few time calling him try to set up a time when would be good to call an get help he ghost my calls. All I need him to do is provide me a new mac address to enjoy the IPTV subscription I paid for. Which is a 2min job go into my account and edit Mac address. I would not recommend him not to my enemy. Keep the money poor service for $17Can , I have use our IPTV service for less an gotten better service on phone and email. I hope this is warning to our buyers dealing with Lewis and Techhelp.

The person running the shop is very nice and pleasant just not reliable. Came in for laptop screen change, and after 2 days, found out that he "will pass on this job". When I asked him for the screen model number, so that I can try to order the screen my self, he said he lost it... it was so weird that I wonder if he has not replaced some parts for inferior ones like batter or something. I would not deal with this person.

We got a android box from here and the service was horrible. Everyday the box wouldn't work and I'd contact the owner. We tried for a long time to work with him but when your service only works 5% of the time of course you would be upset. Finally after having no change we asked for our money back and he said yes but when my husband went to collect it the owner told him to F off and yelled at him. He said its problems on our end but we went to a new provider now and are having no issues at all. If he was a good owner he would have paid us our money for a service not provided and that be the end of our business. What kind of professional treats customers the way he treated us? It's not our fault his service did not work.

Do Not go to this place. I have never been to a more dishonest cell phone store. If any government people see this. This guy will ask you to pay cash so he does not have to pay HST.he also will have every excuse not to honour the warranty that he claims to give you with the purchase of a new phone.
