β β β β β Excellent place for great icecreams. Very helpful and patient staff. Wide selection of icecreams. Due to covid only 5 people allowed at a time inside. Baseball nut and Mango tango are great. They have cakes as well, must visit for icecream lovers.

β β β β β Best best location of Baskin Robbins ever! Every time I go there, I get the best customer service from who ever is serving. But yesterday at night I saw a new lady server there and he just did an incredible job. We just enjoyed eating Sundae ice cream yesterday.

β β β β β Check your fresh pints before you leave. On two occasions I went in to pick up some fresh tubs of ice cream for my family and was surprised when I got home. THEY DON'T FILL THE TUBS! After they put ice cream in the containers they turn them upside down while you are cashing out. And when you get home and open them, they sink. For $12 a tub and up, at least fill it!

β β β β β This is our goto Baskin Robbins. They are mostly good. The girls at the counter are really polite. Once or twice, we were hit with cold brownies as well but nothing major. If you goto a store so often, you are bound to hit some minor issues.
P.S: If you are into google reviews or just bored, do not miss reviews of this store. They are a fun read. The owner bashes almost every negative review & then there are replies on replies, some even with pictures. Don't believe me? Just take a look. I am almost certain, I will be getting a response. Hoping that it will be positive ;)

β β β β β You need to update your hours in google! It still said open until 11pm while all other Baskin Robins locations showed closing @10 , we arrived here @9:35pm May 24/2021
We all drove here in separate cars to have ice cream with kids and to our disappointment it was closed:(. so many other customers also yanking at the door to get disappointment!!
Then wait ! Around 10-10:15
Out of nowhere the door opens and the the lady working inside let some customers inside and served them and refused to serve others!!! What kind of businesses does that ???!!!i have a video of the incident!!! Unbelievable ?you are either closed for all or open for all!!!
We were 5 families with kids and others also that were being turned down. We were shocked at this rude behaviour .

β β β β β Every time I come here, the employees are amazing and the service is great however the owner of the store is always rude to his employees. I can always hear him make comments and give aggressive, condescending looks. He talks down to employees and that is unacceptable. Please be kind to your workers.

β β β β β Unclean location, they cross contaminate their scoops with nut ice creams, seriously u guys could hurt/kill someoneβ¦..unacceptable protocol like seriouslyβ¦..they have no idea what to do with nut allergies had to tell them to wash the spoon and scoops, unreal. As a customer I do take on that risk 100% however not having ur workers educated and trained with correct procedures and policies is unacceptable. On top of that, workers here are rude. Health inspectors should shut this place down.
EDIT- the owners snarky response to this and other reviews should prove how dismissive and unsanitary this location is. Avoid at all costs, read the reviews they speak for themselves. Also I never claimed that this was a βnut free establishmentβ lol. My review was specifically talking about ur ignorant staff. Successful businesses arenβt run like this, best of luck.

β β β β β Excellent customer service , The cake person helped us to choose the correct ice cream flavour and design .. the cake came out as expected and perfect and it was tasted deliciousβ¦. The shop is located in central parkway mall .. and there are enough parking space available ..
