★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service. My husband purchased a ring here as a gift for me on our wedding day. It has since lost 2 stones, on two separate occasions, which took them 3 months to replace. My wedding was 8 months ago, meaning 50% of the time, I have not even had this ring in my possession. I asked for a new ring, as a ring of this price should absolutely not be losing stones multiple times within several months. They said no, it is what it is. I am super unimpressed with the staff at this particular location, as well as the overall poor quality of this David Yurman product.
