M	Maeve Howard (MaeDay) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I strolled in here with my boyfriend a few days ago. Shawn (Sean?) was super sweet and helpful. Very knowledgeable about the products, and very cheerful! His female worker with the short dark hair, who's name i didn't catch, was also very sweet and helpful. The employees definitely made it a great experience. I would highly reccomend this shop!
G	Gacha Gamer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of cool stuff in here, but we were particularly drawn to the Harry Potter collection. The rings are cool, but the scent if those candles are horrendous, so definitely not.

M	Mrs. Kim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was so excited when I saw this location in the mall, we don't have a store on the West Coast and are forced to order online, which painfully slow, and has a minimum spend for shipping which is quite high. But once inside I was disappointed. The sales associate didn't have much knowledge about the products and I was stuck repeatedly asking the same questions because she didn't understand. None of my sizes were available unless I asked for them specifically. I was told this was due to theft, they kept all the sizes 10 rings out so people would not steal them. Decent plan accept some customers won't ask and will just walk out. I did appreciate being able to see a wide selection of products and some of the rings inside as internet pictures are not the best. I would return but only because getting items here is easier than online.
M	Mama Peach on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ visited w a friend and had little help/assistance. at cash, the two sales associates looked around wondering whether or not they'd help us as if to think "there should be someone else doing this". girl who cashed us out got slightly annoyed that she couldn't spell my name correctly and told me to type my own email and phone number on their tablet -- usually no issue but due to Covid, I don't think many people would appreciate the physical contact. after paying, she didn't even tell me if the payment went through nor did she say thank you, instead chatted w her co-worker next to her. -- left awkwardly lingering at the front, wondering if my payment was complete. perhaps they were just tired from a long day but nonetheless, please extend your patience

I was never greeted nor told of the current promotions even though there were plenty of staff available in front of me to assist. A woman and her daughter entered right behind me and were instantly greeted and told of the promotions going on in the store. I felt as if I wasn't the type of customer worth their time. I came in with the intention of purchasing the game of thrones dragon egg for my mother, but after having such an experience and even waiting to see if anyone would offer assistance, I left and don't intend to shop here again. Having bought many items from charmed aroma before, this in-store experience has made me feel inadequate and not valued as a customer. Please treat everyone that comes in the store with the same level of customer service.
