★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are always blasting their music so loud. It makes it impossible to shop there because you can’t talk to the person you are shopping with, or even the employees for that matter. I don’t understand why the employees think this is a club and not a store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the clothes here but unfortunately, the terrible attitudes of some of the employees really ruin my experiences. Today in particular, the cashier I had (name on the receipt was Abigael), was really short tempered and unpleasant throughout my transaction. Bad service like this is really a killer despite how cute the clothes are!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The clothes would be nicer if the staff wasn't so rude. I think it is more of a social gathering for them rather than a job. The staff ignores you for some reason; I was walking around the store for half an hour and not one person approached me, rather, they were all talking amongst themselves. I wanted to buy clothes but did not purchase because of this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There back and while I do like that their clothes are very on trend I got a sweatshirt and joggers recently most pieces are see through and very thin material. I'd support them more if they do better less polyester and more cotton please it's very cheap and has no longevity in my closet it's 2021 let's do better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here for an interview that was scheduled for 1:00pm and when I arrived she decided to take her lunch break. I believe her name is Lillian (manager) at the square one location. When the employee said that I arrived she told the employee to tell me to wait until her break is finished. The store had no customers in it.This is completely disrespectful and unprofessional. She needs to be reprimanded or fired. The clothes are overpriced and not worth it. Better off going to zara or literally any other store in the mall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review was long over due. I visited this location two times. The first time, there was an asian woman who was super nice and helpful. I felt like her name was Ariel but I could be so wrong. However, it was a pleasure walking in and felt good walking into m boutique as many people have things to say about the store and their employees. The second time I walked in, a short 5'3 Caucasian woman, brown hair with a middle part wearing a leather jacket that day approached and began asking me questions that were rude and personal. She basically implied that I was not their typical shoppers and I'm not sure why she was giving me that vibe. It was quite evident that she wanted to follow me around and then I did have clothes in my hand and she was like I can start a change room. She basically said I think its best if I get you a change room with a mirror and found that offensive. Is it because I am not the regular size and I was a large? I tried on the attire that I saw online and instead of giving the store the sale I decided I would go home and purchase it. I know this is a common issue at m boutique as I experience the pushy sales behaviour and telling me it looks good when it doesn't from Vaughan as well. However, the workers were semi nice there. I do not understand why its 2022 and companies hire people like her. I don't care if she is management but she has this faux demeanour and doesn't have good customer service skills. I was quite upset walking out of the store and once I was done changing, I just wanted to run out of there because of how unconformable she made me feel and how she was following me around and had a lot to say. M Boutique please do better and hire better people and I really wished I knew the person who helped me the first time but I am sure I am not the only person that feels this way when entering m boutique.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was just here a few days ago, I had an interest in a shirt and one of the employees was very forceful and was pressuring me to try it on. This wouldn’t have been much of a problem because I wanted to try it on anyways but she literally ripped the shirt out of hands.
I understand the need for a sale as an employee but to grab an item out of someone’s hands is off putting especially because I wasn’t even trying to give it to her! So random and aggressive and it just really threw me off.
Also when I was checking out, the cashier was having a personal conversation with a fellow employee while I was just waiting for her to process my purchase so I could pay. All together, it was unprofessional and aggressive. Highly suggest retraining the employees or doing some kind of boot camp. It’s no surprise M boutique almost closed down all together just a while back :/
