★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Bitter Sweet at Square One and had a great experience with Afsheen. I had to return something which was after “7 days” with a gift receipt and she did it without any problem since I had just gotten the gift. It was such a great experience that I would suggest this shop to anyone. But make sure to do the return or exchange as soon as possible and call before you go!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jewellery from this place are cheap made. Got a ring for only two days and there is already 4 missing stones. I also bought a silver hoops, which they claimed were sterling silver. Turned out it was not stamped with "925", which means it's not silver. Do not buy from this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor quality of jewelery with high end prices. Purchased a ring last year and within one wear on the first day 3 stones had fallen out, when I took it back they hesitated to get me a replacement stating i had already worn it..for a day. When they finally got my replacement, it came out of the packaging missing 4 stones. When I asked for a refund as I didn't want their faulty jewellery they said I couldn't have it nor could I exchange for something else with less stones. Its now been less than a year having this ring with OCCASIONAL wear it is missing 8 stones and looks like i purchased it out of a .25 cent machine. This ring was not cheap. I would not waste my time or money at ANY bitter sweet location. Poorly made jewellery.

The prices are beyond reasonable! Not to mention their various discounts. There bridal collection would make any girl feel like a princess on her day! I've selected pieces with their men's collection and watches and plan to order more!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm very grateful for Denishia's assistance. She listened and understood what I was looking for when trying to match up jewelry with my Indian outfits. I found my shopping experience fun and enjoying. I think, it's because she has a warm personality and she was making great suggestions in my budget. I'm glad this location is open. I came from downtown Toronto because the Eaton Centre was permanently closed. The reason why I choose to go to Bitter Sweet is because of the uniqueness, price and quality of the product. I think this is a feature the brand should focus on as well as their excellent customer service given to me from Denishia and her supportive Manager (I didn't get her name, but she is Asian). Thanks ladies, I have many events to attend and love wearing Bitter Sweet! Thanks Mississauga!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I picked upna Tiara for my sister to wear on her wedding day. The tiara was very pricy but beautiful, and I was told the beads on them were real pearls, so I didn't mind spending that much. They however turned out to be fake since the colour on them chipped off even before the wedding, and one of the beads fell off. I would have rather appreciated the sales person to be honest about the materials on their products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to bitter sweet jewellery for the fist time . I wanted to get a pendant for my Cuban chain. I saw all the chains there so hip hop and nice. The service was soo nice and had patience. They were good for being my service. They gave me some good opinions what pendant to buy. I got a stainless steel pendant for my Cuban. It looks very nice and flashy and drip. It wasn’t cheap for their top notch Jewellery. Tbh I’m amused about there jewellery and service. I never saw that kind of service in a chain store or kiosk. The next time I come back to square one I’m getting a chain and pendant.
