★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a worst shopping experience at this H&M location. Although the fitting room staff was really nice but the lady at the cashier counter was top notch rude. I have had similar experience with the counter staff at this location they always respond rudely even though you are asking a simple question. Highly disappointed!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my favorite brands but they have terrible customer service skills at this location, very rude and disrespectful staff. I was shopping on August 2nd at the fitting room were two associates working, the store was not busy, neither the fitting room, I asked politely the associate (black girl, tall, skinny, bald) to clean the fitting room of hangers, empty water bottle, price tags, pantyliner from swimwear of the floor, she said they will pick them up later, I couldn’t believe what I was hearing, I asked her again and she replied the same on a very rude tone.
In the spring I had another bad incident - I get out of the fitting room to ask for another size in a dress, the associate at the fitting room desk, African American girl was keeping other two associates busy chatting about Rihanna and the latest celebrity gossip for at least fifteen minutes, I asked three or four times she made eye contact but she replied only after my forth question, on an obnoxious tone, upset that I was interrupting, that one of those two she was chatting with will bring it, and after they continued their conversation, again couldn’t believe my eyes and ears, I waited for another five minutes, had to get out and check by myself and stay again in lane.
Wonder what skill requirements these people must meet to get hired, a store shouldn’t be run by teenagers and twenty year old.
