They are a lovely family, focused on community, and superb service. I highly recommend checking out their store. I know I can always find a unique gift for friends and family! I love to support local business and like anyone else when you receive good service and get to know the local owners of small business you want to keep going back! Keep up the great work Shama!

They offer full-service postal services which are quick and easy and have a great selection of cards and gifts (or housewares for yourself). A delightful shop with wonderful service. I can't recommend enough.
i	ishira de silva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I still remember the very first day my husband & I visited this place to get replacement keys for our mailbox (We had just moved to Canada), what a warm & friendly welcome we got from Shama.( The owner.) Ever since then, I have regularly been using their services to send parcels overseas and I have had a wonderful time each & every visit. The service here is truly remarkable & I find myself looking froward to visiting this store whenever I am in Maple Grove. The array of beautiful ornaments, gifts & cards are indeed unique. And everyone at the store is extremely helpful & friendly. Shama's dad is a soft spoken, kind hearted gentleman with a smile on his face who is around most of the time. It's so much more than a post office!

M	Melissa D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wish I could rate higher but have now had several negative experiences with post office. 35 minute wait time today to collect a package and it was the same last week. Would benefit from seasonal help, even with only one cash register someone else should be pulling packages from the back to reduce wait times. They only accept debit and not credit, which may be against Canada post vendor rules and very inconvenient for customers regardless of the cost to them. Lady behind desk is constantly taking personal calls in front of customers when there are long lineups. Overall not a customer-focused outlet, wish Shoppers in the neighbourhood would open an outlet as they are much faster, more professional and accept credit.
