He then asked where I usually take my cleaning. I said the Dry Cleaner. He said we are more expensive, we are like a high end restaurant, they are like fast food! I said do you clean items on the premises or ship it out to a plant. He said ship it out. It's likely the same plant that they all use! He's a b.s. artist!
A	Amy Sheppard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was completely ripped off. I dropped off 2 pairs of pants to be hemmed and was told they'd be ready in 2 days. I left a v/m 2 days later inquiring as to a pick up time. I received a return call that the pants were ready. I was charged $40 which surprised me. At home, it also surprised my husband as he had previously been charged half that. I called the store - apparently my v/m had translated into me ordering a "rush". When I said I hadn't ordered such a service, I was told "I can't do anything for you". Seeing I was upset, my husband called the store and was told "It's Oakville! Forty dollars is nothing to these people, they live in two million dollar homes" - then my husband was asked what he did for a living ... my husband asked what that have to do with anything. The response was "well you can understand that some jobs you would not take" . Zero responsibility or explanation for the increased charge. Was told "I dont have time for this" and he hung up. Zero customer service from a very angry owner. I completely dispute this charge and will never return. I own my own business and would never speak to any client in this way.
