Suha, the owner, is a great woman, she knows exactly what to do with your clothes and you can, in fact, trust her taste! Not only she works beautifully on making your peices look better, but she puts so much passion and love into what she's doing, you won't regret going there at all. She treats you like family, very humble, down to earth and obviously knows how to run a business! I would definitely recommend seeing her if you had any causal day to day dresses that needs alternations, prom dresses, that jacket you loved so much but you can't wear today....?! She'll take care of everything. The store is located in Oakville, I drive from mississauga to get there, and I wouldn't complain! Its worth the drive.

A	Aria .G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have recently gotten my custom made dog's jackets altered after an unfortunate situation with the seller I purchased them from (I at the very least got refunded to store credit when customer support on the website saw what happened with the seller, which pays for 85% of the total alterations cost). I've only ever been to a clothing alterations store once before, and that was a long time ago and just for simple uniform pants, so I was worried about the outcome of my expensive dogs jackets in the hands of people I do not know. This was the best reviewed clothing alterations place somewhat nearby my area though, and all the ladies I ended up meeting that work there have all been very nice, which made me feel more at ease. I ended up having to go twice; once for back sleeves and back length which was most noticeably of incorrect length, another time for the front sleeves after I discovered they were not proper length as well as my dogs paws kept slipping in the sleeves and getting stuck inside the jacket on walks. Both times however, Suha, the women who altered my jackets, did a perfect job! My dog is very comfortable in her jackets on walks now, and the jackets fit well on her! Thank you Suha for good quality work done on her jackets!

First and foremost, customer service and satisfaction is her number one priority. She will go out of her way to attempt to do whatever tailoring/upholstering/altering/dry-cleaning she can perform for you. She is very friendly and warm and you feel like family when interacting with her and her assistant (who is also extremely polite and kind). As for the services themselves, I have brought multiple articles of clothing to be altered/tailored and she has changed them into pieces I feel comfortable wearing and look good in. Her skills are beyond any other tailor I've been too but not only that, her consistency with execution is always on-point. The reason I'm writing review is this is because of a recent drop-off I made. I had three services that I needed performed. A simple stitching of a tear in a pair of jeans, a repair of a tassle of a decorative pillow, and lastly, in my opinion, a very difficult task of re-attaching a torn elastic that is embedded in the seam of the waist-band of a sweater. She was able to perform all three tasks with no issues. I won't be seeing anyone else but Suha for my tailoring/altering needs.

An incredible job. I would highly recommend anyone looking for alterations or dry cleaning to come here. Not to mention Suha is lovely to deal with, and there are always amazing designer clothes and jewelry for sale to look at too.

I was able to have the jacket and pants altered and adjusted within about 2 days at no extra cost! The owner was super nice, patient, and understanding -- considering how urgent I needed my suit tailored. That kind of work can be tedious but she managed to fit me in and do a good job before going for a surgery. I had such a great experience, she ended up doing two more alterations for me for two other events and also did a great job. She is really passionate and takes her time, is honest and makes sure it’s done right! Recommend this place to anyone and also Maula who works there too is also so nice and helpful. A really wonderful business!
