We have been using the services of Caspian Cleaners for all dry cleaning of guest clothing, employee uniforms and hotel drapery since the hotel opened in 2006. His work is consistently outstanding and employees use his services for their personal dry cleaning and alteration needs. The team is very professional and friendly.

The hotel ownership group has been working with this family run business since 2008, and a partnership this long should be a reason enough for the 5 star review! The professionalism along with the care for the items is impeccable and I would highly recommend their business to anyone looking for the best service being offered in the Dry cleaning business.

The alterations were simple and done completely wrong. Don’t go to them go to Dove Cleaners.

Exceptional and friendly service with high quality work. Always done in a timely fashion. Most of our office uses Caspian cleaners as a result. Easily accessible on the NW corner at North Service and Dorval with plenty of parking. Keep up the great work.

Unfortunately I’d give Caspian Cleaners zero stars but I had to put one. Let me share my experience. I brought in 5 hardly worn, very expensive new sweaters (value $2000) to be DRY CLEANED. The owner assured me they would not shrink after I asked him to be very careful with them as it was a concern of mine that he would change the shape given that some were cashmere and some were merino wool. I got them back, tried them on, and everyone of them was shrunk by Caspian Cleaners. After being away a few days over March Break, I contacted them three times before finally speaking with the owner in person. This was nine days later. He was not willing to compensate me in any way. He actually accused me of wearing them even though the tags were still on If you recall we had 16ac weather over the March Break. Not sweater weather. I’m sitting here with five sweaters I can not wear because they are about three inches too short and tight on the arms. I asked him if he wanted me to try them on so he could see that they had shrunk. He said no because he measured them before and after. The problem is, if he measured them, he would surely realize that the dimensions were not the same before and after. I told him I would try to get a brand new sweater if they were still in stock to show him the difference in size. He still was not interested. He clearly stated he would do nothing for me and didn’t care. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever had and I would not recommend Caspian Cleaners to any of many friends, family, people I know in the community, or the many followers I have on various social media platforms. They just lost a lot of business through me. If you value your clothing and fine pieces, please consider my experience. This is one of many posts I will make about Caspian Cleaners and they haven’t heard the last from me.
