★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wish I could give it a 0. Brought in an Armani LOOSE fitting short sleeved linen shirt for dry cleaning. When I got it back it was SNUG. Thankfully I had another one to compare it to and brought it back to them. They measured. Lost an inch in every direction. They are going to try to stretch it with steam and I am waiting for the results. When I asked her why this happened she said "linen is difficult". Really??!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst customer service I’ve ever seen!! I got two of my husband’s white dress shirts dry cleaned. When I went to pick them up, there was a dirty spot on both shirts. I complained to the owner and he started to yell at me and kept saying ‘NO!!!’ He said they have a few levels of cleaning and I chose ‘regular’ so having dirty spots was fine. He also was yelling at me that my pick-up time was 1 pm and I showed up to the store at 4 pm (and supposedly an earlier time meant they rushed the clean and left it dirty). No one explained this to me when I dropped them off, and I’ve never heard of a dry cleaner where you make a set ‘appointment time’ to pick up clothes. I can not believe how rudely this man behaved with me, continuously saying ‘NO!!’ To everything I tried to explain. Do not go here for your dry cleaning.

I went to pick it up. They do not have it and gave me every excuse in the book as to why they don’t have it. Even tried to tell me I dropped off a duvet cover. “ No those would go in the washing machine.”
Then, he said I needed the yellow ticket to release it. Cant release anything without the yellow ticket. I go and get it. I bring the yellow ticket. Still can’t locate it and he gets angry with ME. LOL
He now insists I picked it up already. LOL I wouldn’t be stopping by if I had it already.
I’m a minimalist and care well for my things. it’s not like I have a house full of junk and can’t locate it. My Beautiful down duvet just walked out the back door by itself I guess.
Hope it’s keeping someone warm. Will NEVER entrust them with my belongings again. Lesson learned.
They just called and told me my assistant shouldn't have been the one who dropped it off, I should have done so personally,...like that makes a difference from the car at the curb in front of their shop. So lame.
