Save yourself from frustration by not buying any furniture from this dreadful store. We ordered a sofa in early-July 2021; as the product was labelled “Special Order", the store provided us with 16 weeks of lead time on that (not bad, eh!). It's been 24 weeks (6 months) and we haven't received the items. They were polite and called us twice in October-2021 to give us an "expected" delivery timeline; however, they missed both timelines - in October-2021, they said we would get the sofas in early November; however, when we called in November 2021, they said the sofa will arrive in December-2021. I was suspicious of their timelines so I called in December-2021 and received the answer that the sofas are delayed for another 2-3 months (Feb-March 2022) and they can't commit to that timeline either. Our product was labelled "Special Order" but when we did a small survey, we found out that ~80% of their products are labelled as special order. I don't understand why they are selling these products in their shops if they can't promise a realistic delivery date. I would pay a little bit more to the local Canadian furniture store rather than buying from this store. My call with the store manager was also disappointing - initially he said we would be compensated based on how long we waited for but when I asked what's the compensation amount for 6 months vs 9 months, he replied they can only offer maximum of 10% discount. This is frustrating beyond measure.

I made an order for a love seat , sofa , and two chairs at Mississauga office on 21st of March . I was told that the love seat and the two chairs are available in stock and will be delivered by 6th of April while the sofa will be delivered before there end of April. I got a call today from the store saying they will just deliver the love seat on 8th of April and they need 3 weeks to deliver the chairs . The chaired are available in stock but they need 2 weeks to get from the warehouse and one week to deliver - I do not know what they did not start this 2 weeks back?. And when I asked about the sofa they said they need 2 months do deliver which was not what I told by the sales man . I requested the customer service to connect me with the management but they alway say the manager in a meeting and will call you when he’s available . I kind of need a quick action on this please . This is a pirate operation. Staff are nice and helpful when taking your money through a purchase. After that, you're no longer useful to Leons and will be treated accordingly. This was my first (and last) purchase from Leon's, I spent $8,600 for LG television, soundbar and washtower. Delivery date was set, and on the day of delivery I received an email from Leon's unilaterally changing the delivery date - a problem for those of us living in a condo and need to reserve a service elevator. After delivery I went to the store to return the soundbar - I hadn't opened it, and package was sealed as delivered. Suddenly, I'm told that Leon's does not accept returns for any reason, end of discussion. Despite having spent $8600, I was told by Customer Care associates that it wouldn't have mattered if I had spent $20,000 - they don't accept any returns. I was told to "sell it on Kijiji". The Manager on site refused to come out of his office to discuss with me. Absolute weasels.

The customer service reps at this store handle things well. My last visit they had a decent sales associate. My second visit since my item kept getting delayed, that associate apparently quit their job. All the new hires are in training and don’t seem to know how to suggest rather than pointing at the closest thing that’s in stock. We understand their a supply chain issue but we’ve waited 6 months and they want us to wait another 3 months. Not only that there’s no compensation for fake delivery dates and it appears they don’t even know when they’re getting stock. So why raise the prices on the products we ordered just to back up the orders even more? A company like this says to shop with confidence but if they don’t have the money to invest in pushing production and giving their customers their products on time, then at least be honest about ETA. Went from October delivery to November, then December, then February which still even is unsure. The owner doesn’t care about customers they just won’t put money into express options. I will never shop at Leon’s ever again. My 2 stars is a modest 2 stars, I really want to give them 1.

Not sure for how long they will continue to have issues with supply due to COVID-19. If you are looking for a delivery in less than 2-3 months or a fixed time period, I would recommend to look else where. They are selling stuff with hardly even 2% inventory available to deliver. Be ready to wait for multiple months for delivery, they actually tell it's a few weeks for delivery but it keeps extending for multiple months and no one knows when exactly it would arrive.

I’ve been meaning to leave a review for weeks! Went to this store for the first time about a month ago and wow…. Great furniture selection. I was reluctant at first, but I was pleasantly surprised. Customer service was on point too…. I was greeted by a very friendly gentleman, can’t remember .. but he is Latino and very helpful! Oxyl I believe is his name. Anyways.. def recommend this store.

Please stay away from this store. I have two bad experiences with this store. Last year I bought a dining table with chairs and last week a 75” TV. The dining table was delivered after 4 months and that too with missing screws. For that Screws I had to raise another ticket with their customer support and took almost 2 weeks to get that sorted out. The front desk people are not at all helpful. The manager offered me some courtesy gift that I never received. I thought that was a one of a case and last week again I ordered another TV . The TV is in stock and they are now asking me to come and pickup , otherwise the delivery is going to be more that 2 weeks. I will never go and buy anything else from here. I am DONE .

Today I shopped at Leon's for the first time. Anil was super helpful and helped me find a couch that fit my budget. The first couch we found would not arrive for several months due to pandemic-related delays, so he helped me find something that would arrive in just a few weeks. He was patient and answered all of my questions. The whole process was smooth and efficient.
