★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HUGE THANKS TO STEVE BIGG from Henry's Oakville location!! I went into the store today with my Canon EOS R to see if they could help me fix an issue I was having. My SD card broke inside the camera and I could not eject the card. I called around to see how much it would cost to fix it and I couldn't find anyone to assist me for lower than $300. When I walked into the store, both Steve and the other employee welcomed me in and said "lets see what we can do for you". Steve then spent the next 45 min resiliently working on the problem until he finally got the SD card out. There was no charge whatsoever as he did this as a kind gesture in helping out one photographer to other.
Can not thank you enough Steve! Five+ stars ***** :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in today in search of a new DSLR setup. Immediately greeted by a man named Sig, I toured the store and was shown a myriad of options that met my requirements, both new and used.
There's such a friendly environment in the store, and you can tell that the employees really were passionate about photography.
I'd highly recommend checking this place out, if you're in the market for a new camera, lens, or accessory. And talk to Sig- he's fantastic :)

She helped me navigate my way around my decisions, and went above & beyond to solidify a verdict. The patience, kindness, and sincerity she exuded was very appreciated, and for that, you get my vote! Heck, I'll even go as far as to recommend your company to anyone interested in photography. Keep slaying it Henry's! Best Canadian camera store ever established!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in for my baby's passport photos. Tom continuously provided unsolicited travel advice and told my I should not be travelling with my baby. Passport applications are now taking months to complete, and I was just trying to get ahead of the ball and have the passport ready for when it is safe to travel. Instead I was shamed of trying to get my baby's passport picture taken when he was "too young". NOT YOUR CALL TOM!!
