★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order photos online to pick up next day... I waited 4 days and still didn’t get an email saying that my photos were ready. I called customer service and they said that they ran out of photo paper... Seriously?! YOU HAD ONE JOB!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has to be the most disorganised photo store I’ve ever been to. Each and EVERY single time I’m there to pick up photos it takes them 20+ minutes to find the order.
How hard is it to organize pick ups by name/size/pickup date, whatever?
It’s not, it’s easy and simple, just takes someone who gives a $@!&.
With COVID it’s gotten even worse, which makes no sense since no one is allowed inside the store so there is so much more space for the staff to organize the shop.
Very unprofessional, will not be coming back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very LAZY workers who refused to print my photos the very next day when they said they would. It’s been 5 FULL days that i did not hear from this Walmart Photo Centre location. I called them many times and nobody picked up the phone. i even walked passed by their location to see if they are busy and they are not even busy and this is on the SAME DAY as my photos not being developed. I got a full refund for their terrible service. Never come to this location because you will never get your photos printed because the manager and the staff members are too lazy and incompetent to even do anything useful. Highly NOT recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered an express (next day) canvas. Took 2 visits over a period of a week to get it. When I picked it up they promised a refund within 2 hours. That was yesterday and still no refund. Two stars instead of one because the canvas turned out great.
