R	Rada O on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible. They accepted my order, emailed me that it was ready, made me wait for 20 minutes looking for my order, all to tell me they were unable to complete it. I ordered from another Walmart as it was a birthday gift and still have not received my products nor am I able to get in touch with the store. If you cannot handle the rushes, do not promise next day service as I could have ordered elsewhere.

I have been trying to get some prints for a whole week: 1 - they don't answer the phone to answer questions like "is my print ready or do you have the poster sizes available 2 - because they don't answer you have to drive ALL the way there just to find out the machine or poster size is out of service. This has been happening for a whole WEEK. Do NOT shop here

No problem with the prints however even upon tracking the courier had to call 3 times to see if I can come and pick up the order. . This after I went to walmart for pick up was told that even though the prints have arrived , the are still at the receiving section of the walmart so have to struggle hard to get my prints
A	Alessa Moura on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For some reason Walmart photo website wasn’t completing my photo order, I tried to call the store but nobody picked the call, so I went in person. There was a young lady that spoke with me about this. When my photos were ready, it was charged the double of price and she could not figure out what was wrong. She went to call someone and that someone took almost 1/2 hour to come. I even went after the young lady and told her that I could not wait and she kept saying 2 minutes, 2 minutes. Then, this person responsible for the photo centre and the young lady were talking in their language, laughing and taking their sweet time, while I was there waiting for them. Sincerely I felt very disappointed.

When I arrived the lady couldn’t locate my order, I waited ten minutes while she searched for it. Then she told me that the order wasn’t completed bc the person on shift didn’t know how to change the paper. I also ordered prints which were ready however along with my prints was someone else’s photos. I will not be ordering from this location again
T	Tasha W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The associate Mohammed was very nice, patient and helpful. It was busy day on the day we went but he never made us feel like we had to rush through our session. I did get that feeling from another associate there however. Besides that it was a good experience overall.
R	Renu Harwani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giving 1 star review for the photo center. First of all they setup offers for passport photos in 9.97$. When you visit them for the photos , they give you reasons saying that our camera is not taking good quality pictures for us passport requirement so we are not taking it currently. I am not sure such a big store like Walmart can’t fix this small issue and deny customers this basic service. I would request management to check and make sure if this is actually true and heartland Walmart is not capable of taking us passport photos. Highly disappointed as I had to travel almost 10 kn to take photos as I was denied service at this walmart Please either fix these issues or stop providing these services so that customer won’t waste their time visiting your stores
