Money hungry scumbags. Your website says if I'm symptomatic and am near vulnerable people (and u list criteria, which i meet) then i am eligible for a free test. But theres no form online and when i called yall said its only for frontline healthcare workers? Yeah? THEN CHANGE YOUR WEBSITE. Yall just want ppl to pay for the tests and its disgusting. I guess ill lock myself in my room and get a government test which will come back in a month. "Only front facing healthcare workers". Well.. Temporary Foreign Workers in congregate living settings Patients seeking emergency medical care, at the discretion of the treating clinician Outpatients for whom COVID-19 treatment is being considered, including: Immunocompromised individuals not expected to mount an adequate immune response from COVID-19 vaccination or SARS-CoV-2 infection, regardless of vaccination status. Whole pharmacy team is very helpful, prompt, and professional. No delays in getting prescriptions, or if there are, they have the courtesy to tell you beforehand.

Please be aware that booking appointments at this location doesn't mean much. Please keep 30-50 minutes buffer after your appointment slot for vaccination if you are choosing this location.They say dispensing medicine is their primary responsibility and if they find time after that they will cater to you.

Pharmacy is rude and unhelpful. Inquired about booster for a Covid, while I was in the store. The women at the counter, I assume she was the pharmacist said they had boosters but that I had to book an appointment on line. I tried to book online (while still in the pharmacy )with my iPhone,but was told their was a waitlist. Miscommunication! Terrible customer service.

Best pharmacy I have ever been to. Waseem and his team are extremely helpful and professional and do all they can to support their customers. I see lots lots of negative comments about wait times and I encourage people to be more understanding of the demands on essential workers. I came to write this message as I recently experienced exceptional service from here. Waseem went above and beyond to make sure I got the care I needed. This will be my home pharmacy.

This branch of shoppers drug mart is located just backside of miway bus stop. This shop also very closer to the Meadowvale conservation area. This shop has very spacious car parking and located in the main road of Derry road at bell shire avenue. #parksexplorer

If you want your prescription fulfilled quickly DO NOT GO HERE. Most of the intake staff work at a snails pace and have zero awareness of customer dissatisfaction. Go to another Shoppers or any where else but here. I was needing an asthma inhaler and they told me that it’s a 30 minute wait. There was know else there and the inhaler comes in a box. There are no pills to count. Just hand me the box. Nope 30 minute wait. DON’T USE THE PHARMACY HERE.

This shoppers drug Mart has an incredibly slow staff. Every time I walk in to purchase something there’s either no one at the front cash ,or you have to wait an incredible long line up. In my opinion, it would be better if shoppers drug mart put the self check out because I’d be saving myself at least 15 to 20 minutes of my time waiting in line. there’s no point of calling shoppers drug Mart to complain about this location because I have already and they do nothing about it. This location has completely incompetent people.
