★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a thermometer for $60. It didn't work properly so I asked if I could get another one. He said he has never had trouble with that brand before but I could have my money back. He would not let me buy another one. He clearly didn't believe me that the machine was not working. I will never shop here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice pharmacists, will accommodate your order to your liking and willing to make changes when needed with short notice. Insurance, ODSP friendly. Had trouble in transferring from another city's pharmacy and they took the time and all the stress it caused in trying to correct the problem. Quick connect to the Walk-in Doctors clinic in the same plaza. Very friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wagih (who I believe is the main pharmacist here) is absolutely wonderful to work with. I have been coming to the doctors office since 2007, and he has always been wonderful at filling and explaining prescriptions to me. However, his attention and care today in explaining many many prescriptions I have for an upcoming surgery brought a tear to my eyes. Such a lovely and caring gentleman, kind, thorough and not cold like most pharmacists seem to be. If you ever see this please know how appreciated and valued you are! Thank you so much for such incredible service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the pharmacists is flat out insensitive and rude. In this line of business I would assume table-side manners are incredibly important but he didn't get the message. I guess it doesn't matter to me anymore, because there are 4 pharmacies in walking distance of this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pharmacist (short, bald one) that works here has ZERO emotional intelligence and absolutely SHOULD NOT be allowed to be a pharmacist in Canada. I have spent thousands of $ over the past 7 years or so on meds at this pharmacy but will NEVER return due to how unprofessional and rude this pharmacist is. He intentionally gives people who are sick/vulnerable a difficult time when trying to fill simple prescriptions like inhalers cause like I said, he has ZERO emotional intelligence and would much rather interrogate a sick/vulnerable person rather than help them - don’t know how he is in a profession that requires sensitivity and compassion which he DOES NOT have whatsoever. It looks like I’m not the only one who has had a terrible experience with this pharmacist. Contact me if you want further details about his behavior. Also if you are the owner of this pharmacy, you’re likely loosing a ton of customers….but you probably don’t care cause this insensitive and disrespectful man is still behind the counter. If you’re looking for a pharmacy, I’d suggest ANY of the surrounding ones which are nearby AND all of them have minimum 4 stars on Google. Hope this review helps someone.
