Craig Prince was the energy consultant that we got connected with and we are so grateful for it. He was really helpful and responsive. He also provided a couple proposals for us to choose from based on our requests. We obtained a couple quotes from a few other companies but chose to go with Craig and Energy Pal because he was the only person who didn’t give us false information throughout the consultation phase. He was easy to work with and he also went the extra mile to give us the best deal :)

Lior did an amazing job helping me go solar. I had interviewed three companies and received 3 quotes prior to Lior reaching out. It was somewhat difficult to compare the previous three proposals because of the way they structured their pricing, and the salespeople did not seem to be able to break out items so I could go apples to apples. I Immediately noticed a difference when speaking to Lior. It was not the usual sales call and there was never any pressure. He had the answers to the difficult questions and he answered them directly. I would also like to point out that I am an incredibly picky and difficult customer…. I do most work on my house myself and I’m of the firm belief that I will always put more care into a project than any contractor would. Lior really looked at this as if he were doing something at his own house and I felt more like a friend asking another good friend for guidance, rather than a customer. He walked me through the process, answered all of my ridiculously detailed questions, did all the legwork to find the right fit for me and my house and I wound up with a much better system (I would say the best system) than I would have if I were to have done this on my own. While it’s easy to give five stars when everything goes smoothly, we had a few hiccups regarding the interconnect process. None were Lior’s fault, and none were Lior’s problem, but the level of communication and attention he provided to a problem that had nothing to do with him, speaks volumes to his character and to his commitment to his customers. He spent countless hours working things out on my behalf, that were not his responsibility. He could have very easily said: someone else has to take care of that. But he is a “buck stops here” kind of guy. He went over and above what I would have expected. The system has been installed for just about 5 months and I could not be happier with it. It has saved me money every month since it was activated, and it was activated in the winter. I am banking hours like crazy. I have been sending my friends and family to Lior for solar and feel completely comfortable doing so. Honestly when I started looking for solar quotes, I felt like there were many less than reputable solar sales guys out there which made it difficult for me to pull the trigger, as I am skeptical by nature. Especially since I put my information in one website and I got about 20 phone calls! Lior really stood out from that crowd and did the legwork of finding the best solar company. Had I found Energy Pal First, it would have saved me a lot of time and headaches dealing with sales calls!

Glen Duncan has been extremely helpful. I've had solar before and know the benefits outweigh not having it. I was going through another company at first and once it was 8 months and still nothing on my roof, I decided to shop elsewhere. I've seen 3 proposals ans EnergyPal was the best deal. Before signing anything with EnergyPal, the original company finally said my panels were in and they would back pay (electric bill) for the months after 120 days of when I signed my contract which was in October. Because of this, I'm going to allow them to put those panels on but will definitely use EnergyPal for my other property! Glen has been very patient and explained everything really well. Looking forward to working with them in the near future!
