Ordered a hand tossed thin crust large pizza today around 7pm and within 20-25 mims pizza was picked up … such a bad experience with the quality of the pizza , firstly wasn’t sealed properly, at best it was warm, hardly any cheese and felt like a cardboard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered couple pizza’s and specifically called the store and told them that the toppings were barely there last time. Picked pizza and topping were very sparingly used. Not happy as reminded the store specifically but got same disappointing result. See pics

I have to admit that I do appreciate Dominos for being there when you are just pressed for time or you just want a pizza FAST !!!
And Dominos is always there for you and me... and for that I am grateful to them because they have many locations with convenient hours.

I have been to this location on and off over the years because they are basically down the street from my house.
The quality and taste is your typical conveyor belt / production line type of pizza ?. But, it is relatively inexpensive and quick. I expect that there will be no taste in these pizzas.... like c’mon people ... this is Dominos .... this isn’t a mom and pop pizza joint in NYC.
Like I said, as long as you don’t set a high bar for taste.. then you be just fine. It is quick and simple to order.
I order every now and then when I am hungry and I am constrained for time.
In this sense, the food is acceptable to me because it fits perfectly. Because the location is close and there is consistency with the food. Dominos is good for that. Dependable consistency.
If I wanted a high quality and delicious pizza. I will go elsewhere .... much further for that matter. But if you want quick and consistent quality. Then this is right up your alley.

I grew up eating when I lived in NYC; it always made me happy then and it's making me happy now. My favorite is hand-tossed, deep dish, meat lovers. My second is pepperoni, and third chicken with BBQ sauce. My daughter loves the brownies, and my husband loves the chicken bites buffalo sauce.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could leave zero stars. We ordered two extra large pizzas to our home. Hour and a half later we didn’t have our pizzas. When we called to ask where the pizzas are at, the store continued to argue with us that their driver delivered to the right house after going door to door down the road. Driver came back to argue with us that that he delivered to the right house. It turned out that he delivered it to a house two doors down the street and the people at the house down the street ate our pizzas. When we asked if they could still deliver our pizzas, we were told they don’t have drivers to deliver it. It was an awful experience and very poor customer service. We received no apology, no refund and no pizzas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a pizza today at 12:33. It came around 2:15pm, very cold and rubbery. It took me some time to get through to the store, but the manager was very professional despite my worries, and was able to remake and send a satisfactory, warm pizza within the hour. That's all I wanted so I am satisfied. I'm worried for the workers however, it seems quite understaffed. They only had one driver, and during a pandemic, when people are ordering more delivery, this is concerning. This is not a small business, so I feel like the store should be appropriately staffed to reduce stress of both workers and customers. If Head Office sees this, ur customers and workers deserve so much better.

This is unacceptable and I will not come back again. I would not recommend anyone coming here either as the store is not the same anymore!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered 2 "large" pizzas with thick crust, got exactly the opposite of what I expected. Pizza was medium at most and the crusts were thinner than cardboard. We called the store and asked them why our pizza did not meet our expectations and they said that they were "busy" despite only one person being present inside the location. The person on the other end of the line did not have a good attitude towards us. Pictures speak for themselves. If you want better pizza I advise you to go to Pizza Hut or an Indian owned shop.
