I’ve always had good and positive experience at this pharmacy. They personalize their interactions and follow up to see how you’re doing. I like the fact that there’s always a friendly face even when their busy. Keep up the good work. Especially Mamta. Thanks a million and stay healthy.

Horrible Pharmacy! That's all I got to say for the this place. Needed a rx filled urgently and was told 10 minutes & I waited for 30 minutes eventually took my rx and went to my regular pharmacy. Pharmacist was so unprofessional and no acknowledgement whatsoever. Save your self from this pharmacy. Wonder how is this place run?

Horrible parking and Horrible plazza.I absolutely hate to come here as its so difficult to find parking spot,I know its Brampton nothing much you can do about it. Anyways I would like to thank (Mr Owner )of pharmacy to hire such amazing staff.I mean whenever i come to this pharmacy i am always blown away with level of service their customer gets .Their staff is well cultured,soft spoken,very humble very kind and they never hesitate to answer even stupidest weird questions people ask here.Sometimes their reply is epic (funny way )or sometimes its straightforward but with smile .I have been to other pharmacies but they are pushy sometimes and only cares about profit .At this pharmacy its all about patients and customers and their priorities comes first .They will go to any extend to deliver medicines even if its under $10.00 .If customer wants to transfer to their nearest location they will let it go, without argument but when they get service and realize difference they come back to this pharmacy. One such Pharmacist Mamta who has high level of sense and understanding, she is not only great in handling crazy stupid patients who doesn't use common sense but at same time very blunt to fire back with great smile .If customer is angry she knows how to handle it with great care. I would say this over and over again if you want to get your prescription filled then do give this pharmacy a chance .I promise you wont be disappointed .Mr Owner once again special kudos to your team and Special thanks to Mamta for giving best services keep up the good work wish you all the best.

An unprofessional act by Miss Mamta(Working at the Front desk at Dusk Pharmacy). Today, I went to the pharmacy on behalf of my brother who is ill. My brother was suffering from an illness and sent me to take the prescription on behalf of him. In noon, he received a call from the Dusk team regarding his prescription is ready and he can come and pick it up anytime before 6 pm. As I am a working , I directly reached at the pharmacy at 5:54 pm and ask Miss Mamta if the prescription is ready. She tried to find it however, was unsuccessful. She wasn’t aware of anything regarding the patient. After that she denied and said come tomorrow and as the medication was important for my brother, I transferred my brothers call to her so that he can provide all the details. Even after giving the details she informed to come tomorrow again and my brother replied that ‘Mam its really important for me to take the medications tonight’.(and acted irritated) Effortlessly, she called another lady and asked if there’s any prescription on the patients name and within 30 seconds the lady found it. I was quite and was very patient, she came to me with the prescription and was extremely rude. She asked me to come on time next time and I was like I came from work and your co-worker informed me to come before 6 pm and I am present here. Due to lack of communication between them, she denied to give me the medication and informed either I have to apologies to take the medicines or go get it from another pharmacist. I asked her why should I apologies, she said you are at fault and it’s 6:02 pm and I will not give you the medicines until you say a sorry. I was direct and said I am not at any fault and asked her name. She said its ‘Mamta’ and said do whatever you can do. Later, she totally denied to give the medicines. This is very unprofessional behaviour that I can expect someone from this industry. Just because you are irritated with your personal or professional life, you cannot act inhuman specially with the person who is in pain.

The 5 stars are for the 2 pharmacists I have seen at this pharmacy are wonderful. They are so helpful and kind and go out of their way to help you.

These guys are so well organized and on top of things. I've always had prescriptions available immediately for pickup on their being transferred from doctor's offices. They typically call immediately for pickups too, and even offer free home delivery if needed.

Had great experience everytime at this pharmacy. The main pharmacist takes time and explains dosage and precautions if any to be taken.

This is a worst pharmacy. They share fax with their other branch and there is no interaction between them. I have recently been forced to request my doctor to fax my prescription again, as if doctor is free and has no other work. Requested them to make enquiries with their other branch whether they have received my prescription. They refused because they are too busy. WHEREAS MY DOCTOR AND I ARE FREE Hope wise counsel will prevail and they have their own fax for each location separately.
