I called the store to inform them about it, a lady answered the call and put me on hold to call the manager. I heard the lady telling the employees about the incident and they sound like this is normal. I heard a guy saying that I might have been fallen while cooking. The way he said it, it sounds like this happens everyday and there is nothing serious. Shame on you guys, consuming a metal piece could danger someone’s life and you guys are taking it like nothing happened. Can’t believe how irresponsible you are. Health and safety should be your first priority. I don’t need a refund or obviously not a replacement, I just wanted you to be careful. But the way you guys are responded to the situation, I have to inform the public health.

For $6.99 a pound, the fish pakora is a pretty good value for money and the taste is pretty good. They used to have regular fish pakora for $3.99 a few years ago but too bad they took it off of their menu for some reason. Service could be slightly improved. Even after placing order on the phone and arriving at the told time, I almost always have to wait an extra 10-15 minutes for my order. So I'm giving one less star due to the slow service.

The only reason we keep going to the place is the Amritsari fish, the flavor is good and the green chutney they provide with it is delicious. Have had both good and bad experiences with customer service.
