I can tell now why they have 3 star rating. Rude customer service, they don’t know how many patients they have and how long approximately it’ll take so people can at-least stay or leave in case any emergency. Their is one black hair tiny Asian/indian girl very rude to talk . One hour sitting in room n no one shows up for treatment or to see me.

Dr.Syed is the most empathic doctor I’ve ever spoken to in my life. It’s sadly not a common trait that doctors usually portray, usually they’re so monotone, don’t really care much, or don’t spend a lot of time on you. I’ve always had decent experience here with the other doctors, I remember meeting Dr Syed a few years ago over something and I do remember thinking he was very kind. But recently during the pandemic, I started facing a lot of mental health issues which was new for me. I just called for a referral to speak to a pyscologist, but Dr Mohammed really gave me a lot of info and showed me a great amount of support. He even said he’s proud of me for taking this step as mental health isn’t discussed a lot in our cultures. And honestly on my worst day, that was something that was so reassuring to hear, especially when my parents don’t understand fully what I’m going through. So Dr Syed this one is for you, you are amazing and make a huge difference.

Receptionist ( one slim Indian brown girl ) are Extremely Rude .I called when they were open at 10 since they don't do walk in even there is no more corvid lockdown. She says doctor would call 2 hours .they called 3 hours after when the tornado thunderstorm came an cell phone reception was bad i can hear them but the can't . so i went over since im living 2 munities walk away. Explain to the {slim indian brown girl, i have to go by this because she didn't give her information when i told her i wanted to reported her},she rudely says , there is 100 patients ahead of me an i would have to waited another 2-3 hours for the doctor call since i missed the called . i beg that i don't see the logic in this she told me to go elsewhere if i don't like the rules here .at this stage i got upset an told her that this is my neighborhood where i lived an pay my property taxes . she then told me if i don't leave she would call 911 ....then runs over the pharmacist guy to complaint to him talking in there language .another lady came over an say ok doctor would call you, which they never did . can we sue or how to get this clinic in check ,with politician comes around asking for votes .

Worst clinic. Doctors and receptionist not compassionate at all. Very rude. Especially the lady doctor Shams, so horrible and rude. Worst one. There is not less than 1 star. Waiting time is horrible and I have even wrote an email to the management about it. NOT EVEN BOTHER TO RESPONSED.

Receptionists are RUDE. Doctor put the wrong date on the prescription. Receptionist DID NOT want to talk to the doctor to fix this. Told me to call the next day when doctor is there. I did and she said make another appointment. A different doctor will see you. Very bad service, wasted my time while I am sick and need my medicine urgently. Looks like they don't care about the patients much.

I never had any issues here, I found reception quite nice considering it's a lot of people who can't read signs or follow rules entering the clinic. I also found the doctors to know their stuff and were always very prompt. I prefer this place even over my family doctors office.

The doctors' advice seemed reasonable, the conversation did seem rushed. This was expected due to the high volume of patients. The main complaint I had was with the phone call appointment system. They requested me to wait for 1-2 hours. Even after waiting for 3 hours, I did not receive a call, I then called the clinic for a follow-up but they put me on hold for another 10 mins. They then informed me that it will take another hour. The reception staff might be overworked but they should be more honest with their patients. In total, I had to wait approximately 4 hours. If you want to talk to the doctors take some time out and make sure you do not miss their call, as you might have to wait another 4 hours.

Right now, they're triaging ppl through the phone, so even though we had to wait a long time (1 hr) for a call back, you're waiting at home at least. There are 2 recommendations to improve this system: 1. Don't use a private number for call backs - some phones automatically block these numbers. 2. Allow patients to provide 2 phone numbers on the online form, so if they miss a call on the first number, there's another number to try. When we were finally able to bring our daughter in, it was nice to have an empty waiting area and go straight to the treatment room. Dr. Syed was incredibly patient, personable and made our 6 year old feel at ease. Great bedside manner and got the job done - minimal tears and discomfort for our daughter. He worked quickly and professionally. He talked to us as if we were old friends. The nurse was sweet and professional too. Great experience, worth the wait.
