The doctor (Dr Doss) is pretty amazing! She's patient and thorough. The reception however is the worst. Please get someone who can show empathy and have some basic customer service skills.

Hi everyone, Getting Dr. Malak Doss as our family doctor is the most pleasant thing that happened since we landed in Canada. I have visited her three to four times, and she never disappointed or left us unclear about our problems. Her politeness and caring attitude made such a good impression. She is genuinely so knowledgeable and always ready to give her hundred percent to her patients. I really appreciate her passion for her profession. Not to forget, her staff is equally polite and helpful. The pharmacist is also a cheerful lady- provides complete information about the medicines she is giving. Hats off to the whole team.

I initially started attending this clinic as I had moved residences and was looking for a family doctor in the area. It had great reviews on Google so I was sold. Unfortunately, the reviews are highly inaccurate regarding the experience you can expect to have. Dr. Doss is very knowledgeable and is a very nice woman. However, there are several reasons why I'm giving this clinic a 1-star. 1) The wait times are horrible. Whether you have an appointment or not, plan to wait an hour on average. 2) The ladies who work at the front desk are very disrespectful and unprofessional. At times they can appear to be nice, but the majority of times they have proven to be inflexible, abrupt and not compassionate at all. 3) There have been multiple occasions where I've been called inside to wait in the private patient room for the Doctor to see me and someone else's personal health information is visible on the computer screen. As a result, one time the doctor even gave me my blood test results based on what was up on the screen and I had to inform her that those were for a different patient. 4) Being able to only discuss one issue per visit seems more like a ploy to have me come back for multiple visits vs. being for "patient courtesy" as the sign on the front desk says. This is always enforced and is very inefficient and poor service for me who has to make several trips just to discuss different health issues I'm having. That seems to be the opposite of patient courtesy. Overall, I feel like this clinic operates more as a business than a health clinic that cares about their patients and so these issues have led me to stop attending this clinic for my health needs. My name is Sonia Arora, my family and I recently moved from Montreal and we started going to this clinic based on the reviews we read here and were not once disappointed. We had one long wait but I don’t mind waiting to the best employees and doctors! Firstly Christine the pharmacist has become such a good friend! She’s a darling and super smart! Dr. Doss is the best doctor on this planet! She knows everything about everything! She’s SO knowledgeable and always takes her time with me and my family. Not once I felt rushed or disappointed! I cannot say enough good things about this clinic! I might not move in another area just because I don’t want to go anywhere else anymore! The girls at reception are also awesome!

Best Walkin Clinic in the area. Living in the area for more than 10 years I have visited many if not all the clinics in the area. This clinic has the least wait time, Doctors and the pharmacist are very professional answering all my questions and never rushs me. it is my clinic since few months now and I can't be happier.

i did registration on their clinic in September for family doctor they said you have to wait 1-2 months but till now i did not get any call from them. They are very careless i called them again after 2 months like i am waiting they said we will call you. no call nothing its almost 6 months.

The best family doctor I ever had! I love Dr. Shereen because I can really feel that she’s passionate with her career as a doctor and she take her time to explain everything and educate me. She’s very kind and cares for her patients. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The receptionist however is destroying her good office . She can do better with her manners and phone etiquette.

Front desk is outright rude and unprofessional. Anytime you call she Instead of having any courtesy will directly put you on hold and please thank you is not in her dictionary. Talks like she herself is the doctor and for simple documents you need to follow up again and again. Lady Doctor is Doss is ok but it’s hard to talk and reach her and any special cases reference doctor she gives are non responsive. I was in Mississauga had better & faster response times during Covid but disappointed with their lackadaisical approach towards their patients
