K	Kimberlyn James on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst pharmacy I have ever chosen to fill my prescription. The staff are very rude and disrespectful. I have been calling this place for three days only to be put on hold and hang up on. My doctor’s office has been calling this place and faxing my prescription there and every time I call to ask them to process the prescription they put you on hold then hang up on you and keep say that they can’t find your prescription in their system. I have to contact the doctor office and have them sent the prescription to a different shoppers pharmacy location. I wish I could give a zero star because they done deserve a single star.
R	Rebecca Wood on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I work in A Physician's office. A patient was attempting to refill a prescription and was told no refills left when in fact they did. Attempts to contact the Pharmacy resulted in being on hold for 40 minutes and hanging up! It is impossible to get through to this location. Received a fax request from the Pharmacy with WRONG DOSAGE. Which had been corrected months earlier. Staff DO NOT RETURN MESSAGES. The staff and Pharmacist are very rude. Called SDM customer service. Sat on hold for nearly 15 minutes and hung up. I've now wasted nearly 1 hr of my shift and gotten no where. I will definitely not be recommending this Pharmacy.
A	Arjun Malkar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had provided my son prescription as he was having infection and doctor has informed to take medicine once symptoms are seen I provide prescription to pharmacist who upfront started questioning stating this is xerox copy why would anyone take copy of medication this was really frustrating experience. Pharmacist also did not want to understand urgency of requirement I was able to take medication from other location. The experience at this location was really frustrating and disheartening I will never place pharmacy request at this location

Dropped off prescription, had to chase them down leaving calls and messages to get delivered (medicine has been ready since 1 week almost, but the staff is lazy and incredibly disrespectful). When we called after one week to find out they told us "why are you getting hyper?" People can die with your poor service and false promises on prescription delivery. Choose wisely. Management needs to do employee review.

He looked at the prescription and mentioned that the doctor's office should fax and they don't accept mail or print. which makes sense as it could be their policy or whatever. I asked my doctor to fax them which they did. I went to the drop-off section only to be told that they don't have the medicine in stock from quite sometime. The pick-up section lady was in hurry to provide proper information and just wanted to get rid off the situation.
S	Sameer Patel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shoppers drug mart is very unprofessional. I wish i could give 0 stars. Firstly, They don’t pickup the phone at all after an hour wait on the phone . I went there to pickup my brother’s medication and there was a lady who helped me. I asked her how my brother supposed to take that medication she explained whatever was written on the bottle and that even too loud. They do not even care about patients privacy ! I am not sure why she is working in pharmacy with that kind of attitude ! Please be respectful and keep the privacy of patients medical history at least. Very unprofessional behaviour. please Educate your workers how to treat with patients.
M	Mia Andy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I attempted to exchange a video game (unopened gift with receipt, as per the return/exchange policy) and the teller said they don’t do returns. I said I was exchanging the game and I was told that it was not a problem as long as it was unopened and within 30 days. She said it’s written on their receipt and because I didn’t buy it at their location that’s why it’s not on mine. I looked up the return policy on Shoppers website and that was a lie. Avoid this store and drive to the McLaughlin location instead. Staff was much kinder, more helpful and ACTUALLY follow the guidelines for Shoppers franchises. Not my first bad experience here but definitely will not be shopping there…will use my money at a store that actually cares about its customers.

The staff, not only at the Canada Post, the cashiers and the pharmacy REFUSE to endorse the mask mandate policy. People walking around with masks on their chins completely visible nose and when told to several staff members, they all couldn't care less. Avoid this place like the plague. Will be reporting to government immediately. Again, the post office staff, shoppers pharmacy, stocking staff and cashier's REFUSE to even acknowledge the lack of mask wearing. No wonder we have over 50,000 new cases daily. The problem stems from these self-righteous, ignorant people. NEVER GO THERE AGAIN IF YOU HAVE ANY CONCERN FOR YOUR HEALTH. THIS STORE MUST BE FINED SEVERELY AND SHUT DOWN PERMANENTLY.
